There is mirrored glass behind the counter and you can see movement through the glass and you can hear people moving around and talking and laughing back there and there can be one, two or three people waiting out front. Over the last year or so I have personally seen several people walk out because they have got fed up waiting and it has got so bad, I have walked out twice myself in the last month.
