After working with Andrew T. he made the experience 100% better with getting our product. Long story short, it was a challenging journey with our order. From the moment we placed the order through the entire project life cycle. From design validation, status updates, and getting the product picked up from the warehouse, suffice it to say it was a nightmare. However, Andrew truly came through. I believe he understood the issues and provided with available provisions. With his leadership, I believe it's only going to get better. This item is not equipped to be near any heat as it will melt. They advertised this item as fire retardant. I used it once for my pop up food event and beside it was a heat lamps that does not really touch the screen but melted it. I submitted a claim to the warranty department and got denied because I said it got contact with a heat lamp " meaning " got close to the heat lamp. I was then accused by the rep that I said that it touched the heat lamp so it melted. I told him who is in the right mind to have the heat lamp touch it on purpose since the heat lamp should be on the side beside the wall of a canopy on any food festival. Instead of helping me, I was blamed and not willing to help and on top of that he offered if I wanted to buy another one? For what, to melt again because it cannot withstand a heat lamp when it is advertised fire resistant. And no, I am not stupid to leave the heatlamp near the canopy wall for a long time to cause them to melt. It was a matter of seconds . I will nvr buy an EZ up product again. And this stored did the product no favors. For years Ive had a "cheap" walmart canopy. Maybe 5 yrs of continuous beach trips, baseball, softball and soccer games. Up and down. It was "cheap" which means the frame was light. And I was able to carry it around, set up and take down by myself. After a move where it was miss handled my husband pushed for a "quality" canopy. As much as I refused, he pushed for " you get what you pay for". So we got a basic canopy. First wknd of use, a slight breeze comes up and breaks one of its supports. I mean, it was a light breeze. My "cheap" canopy made it through storms! I go back to the store and boy, did I get a terrible customer svce. Just nickel and dime. "Our canopies are not meant for windy conditions" (where's the good quality if it can't take a slight gust of wind?!?) It was just like a huge favor they did to change the part. Honestly the damn thing is so heavy and takes 4 ppl to set up (same size as my cheap one) that I haven't used it since they fixed it. Until today. I figured we are home and we have ppl here to help. Bring it on. As a gust of wind blew, lifted one leg of the ground a cpl of inches - I told my friends the story. So they immediately helped me take it down. Well, we noticed the leg that was lifted 2/3 inches off the ground and hit back down was bent. I mean the wind wasn't even strong enough to lift 2 legs, but that smack back down bent the leg. I am done w EZ ups quality. I'd rather pay $65 dollars for something I can actually use, and if worse case scenario breaks (which I haven't had one break like this yet), it's cheaper to replace than this stupid canopy. read more

Want a quality pop up canopy, there's only one name. EZ UP I had a cheap import pop up and was tired of the tie down loops, which secure the canopy cover, pulling off the cover. Yes it did "do the job" but there were times when it wasn't quite what was needed. Like the old adage, you get what you pay for. I think I'll take my cheap canopy to the recycling center. My pyramid vented EZ UP puts the imported canopy to shame, as it should. Another way you know your buying quality there's replacement parts for it. Best of all MADE IN USA read more

I have been buying canopies from them and everything was fine until one of the canopies had a faulty central mechanism. I have been calling about the warranty soon after this happened because I knew that I had a time limit but have been getting the run around and never a resolution and now "conveniently" after the warranty has expired there is no record of my calls. I purchased 2 Tan E-Z UP Vista Instant Shelter Canopy, 10' by 10' through Amazon from E-Z Up. I used them for a year and unfortunately both canopies developed tears. On the upside, they are covered by a 3-year warranty. I went to the E-Z Up warranty page, completed a simple form, and emailed it with my receipt. I received a friendly email indicating my warranty claim was received and then a call asking which color I preferred as tan was no longer an option for my model. Received both canopies within a week of the claim. VERY IMPRESSIVE. The new canopies have reinforced corners and I look forward to years of use. EXCELLENT customer experience. Thank you E-Z Up! I been a big fan of EZ Up for years, but i must say that I have purchased two in the last three (3) years. Both of which have fallen apart. The canopy seems to tear easily, and the post do not seem as strong as I remember. Prior to the last 2, I had my EZ up for 5 years. I purchased 2 10x20 tents and one of the trusses broke and I called and was told they are under warranty and they will send out a new one. That was told to me by 2 different people there. Well that never happened and its been over a month and every time you call they tell you they will send it, their customer service really sucks and all they do is give you a line of garbage. Purchased 2 ES100's last year, great product but terrible cheap zippers on the storage bags , both of ours broke within weeks of use, bigger zippers on new bags but I now have to spend 160$ more to buy 2 new bags (with the right size zippers) but no compensation for the old bags. read more

I placed an order for a Vantage Canopy on the 2nd of May. According to the information shown on my order, the canopy was to be shipped on the 3rd and I should have received it on the 4th. The 4th came and went and no canopy. On the 5th I chatted on line with their customer service and was informed that the canopy was back ordered and they were expecting to receive a shipment on the 6th. I asked why I was not notified of this fact at the time of ordering and customer service was not able to give a satisfactory answer to my question. I called on the 9th to verify that they had indeed received their shipment the previous Friday and was told that they would not know until later in the day. I called back at 3:00 pm and was informed that they would not be receiving the Vantage Canopies until July. I asked for the order to be cancelled and wanted to know when I could expect my refund. I was told they processed refunds on Fridays. Needless to say this was totally unacceptable and I informed them that I expected my refund to be issued that day. This is the last and first time I do business with this company. 5/11/16 - Update - This company's incompetence knows no bounds!. I cancelled this order on the 9th because I was told that they would not be getting the canopy I wanted in until July and wouldn't you know the canopy was delivered today. I received no notification that this item was being shipped and as I have already ordered a canopy from another company, I refused the delivery. E-Z Up international really needs to take classes in customer service and communication as at this point in time, the company has neither. read more
