This is a great, family-run company, and Alex & his associate (Erick?) were amazing! I needed a non-working fridge removed from our 2nd floor storage unit. Alex answered the phone right away when I called, gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, answered all my questions and had lots of flexibility with scheduling this on a date that worked for me, even willing to fit me in the next morning if needed. As promised, they texted the night before the appt to confirm AND texted their exact arrival time 30 minutes before the appt. The fridge handle actually had to be removed to get the fridge out of a tight spot, which I didn't realize when I booked the appt, but it was no problem for them...they got their tools, spent some extra time to get the handle off and still charged me the exact amount they quoted me. (You don't pay until they complete the job, which is also great!) Incredible service, and I will definitely only use them in the future, & recommend them to all my family and friends.
