So before I knew it, it had slight leaks from the top of the window, making a water mark on the inner wall over time. Frans studied the situation carefully, and made a very efficient and thorough repair. And he took measures to have that side of the wall extra protected so that it will stand all further impact from the environment. He worked on this quickly, and reasonably. I am so happy that I know that there is no water seeping into my building, and it is strongly protected to keep it out for a long time.

Frans Velthuijsen also billed for work for which there was no work order nor verbal agreement. The billed hours were 80% over the estimate. I paid promptly all invoices until the fourth and final invoice, which had the cost override. Yet he didn't pay workers or materials so I have three liens for work and material that I have been paying for all along. I have not paid the final invoice because he did not give me receipts for any materials or time sheets and has not justified the cost override.

She was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with all my questions. After a thorough walkthrough of both the inside and outside of my home, she explained that the foundation itself is fine--the cracks were just poorly mixed surface cement that needs repatching. She even caught two other issues during the walkthrough that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. I really appreciate the honesty and the extra effort. Great experience!

She jumped out her car and pointed out my gutters and told me I need to clean them. that is my problem, very unprofessional as she danced around my house with a camera snapping photos. And my barge rafters need to be painted. My windows aren't installed right upon entering my basement to show her the wall of concern and my coming out of the wall of the corner of the damage wall she did not address my concerns of my Watermain and pointed out. I had a lot of water stain around my home. They me $695 for a report of everything that I already knew very disappointed in this company. Afterwards, the next day, the owner calls me and it says that his inspector is certified engineer for 10 years with the company and that I got what I asked for and I did not want a visual report at all. I already knew what was wrong with my Home. I told him I was looking for a solution to my problem and my safety concerns addressed. But instead, I was giving a visual report telling me everything. I told him when I talk to them on the phone. Why would I pay you $695 and tell me something I already knew don't make no sense. And then the owner asked me what exactly I wanted from them and I told him I needed of my main concern my wall. He said he would add the report. For me the next day I got the report and all I got was sample picture of random wall that had nothing to do with my consumer beware they are good a scam to get my money that's about it. And they were paid cash and I never did receive a receipt for that. Disappointment.
