To put this in perspective, I worked for Toyota North America for over 10yrs and complete understand how a franchisee should operate. I know own/operate my own company and strive to give the best customer service possible. After the way both the sales and service departments treated me, I can tell you J5 Tractors is not operating within their franchise agreement!!!! To be far, I did not buy my tractor from J5, although I did give them the opportunity to earn my business, at the time I was shopping for a new tractor they did know the price of the tractor I wanted nor did they know the incentives being offered by Mahindra. Therefore, i decided to purchase my tractor from another dealer who was very knowledge about the price/incentives. Overall, based on two experiences to date I can tell you that if you decide to do business with J5 Tractors you are doing so at your own risk.

I needed a new, hopefully honest and reasonable car repair shop in the area as my old one just…read morewasn't cutting it. After some research online I came across Cliffs! Their great reviews about being treated fairly and "like family" was really what brought me in. I wanted to believe in a car repair shop again. Not everyone is out to bleed you dry. My car had been having some really rough muffler sounds that escalated over time .. so I brought it into Cliff himself (sweetest nicest man ever!) and he referred me to another shop that handles mufflers since my issue was a small one. Cliff could have handled it there but the OEM repair would have been too expensive and unreasonable when I can just get a quick weld job at a nearby muffler shop. Cliff did not charge me a dime for that first visit, to check my car or anything!! Wow! I was very grateful to him and vowed to return business again. The following week I returned my car to get some Maint eve work done, tune up, etc. and it was just as pleasant! Shanna helped me in setting up a loaner while my car was in the shop and they were even faster than what originally thought! She is very sweet to deal with and super nice. Seems like everyone here are just good people. I don't know about you but if there's anything I would wish for is doing business with good people like this!! Great job guys and I will be surely returning for all my car repair needs :)
