The AirServ technician who replaced our HVAC system stated that the electrical panel was so faulty that he saw sparks. He told us that he would be wary to sleep in the house, given these issues. I asked for restitution for this issue from Inspect Homes 4U but was told that was not an option. I am also not being given a refund of the amount the inspection cost us. This enraged the renter so she filed a bogus complaint on our dogs. We have been trying to get the contact information for the owner of the property, without success. (that could be against the regulations). This neighbor tries to egg my dogs on to bark by slamming doors (both car and home) and yells for my dogs to keep on barking. She also threatened my dogs verbally and by throwing objects over the fence. Additionally, she began screaming obscenities at me (and also putting up a sign her window taunting us).The last email exchange with Ms. Scholtz turned out to be very ugly. She was arrogant and rude and basically told me to cease emails. I would not use this realtor for all the tea in China. She sounds like one of our presidential candidates who does not take the blame for anything. I guess having peaceful neighbors is beyond her comprehension.

It is even more notable that we had actually hired a realtor before Kyle and the process was an awful mess and we found out the hard way that the right agent truly makes all the difference. The first agent couldn't even sell our house below asking price, even after 6 months, whereas Kyle sold it above that price and all was finalized in something like 6 weeks, start to finish. The first couldn't get anyone to show up for showings, whereas Kyle had too many people to count and multiple offers. Needless to say, we would use him again with no hesitation! We were shocked when we received the itemized expenses deducted from our $3000 deposit. Please conduct the following PRIOR to move in with this manager. 1) "Bluelight" the carpet for any spots. 2) Kiss your pet deposit goodbye, it will be used to mitigate "pet odors" from the house. (We have two dogs and have never had a rental manager prior to this state that our dogs caused pet odors that need to be mitigated) 3) My cleaning ladies, a professional group of 4 women, were there doing a total clean of the house post move out (while we were still paying rent). They were approached by a man "looking for his beer." When I notified Jim, I was informed that one of his workers was there for yard work. Again, we were not notified that anyone would be in our home, as we were still paying for the rest of the month) 4) We were charged for 25 light bulbs missing, over $100. Because you know, we packed up light bulbs before we left. This one still baffles me. 5) We were charged to remove a desk that was present in the house when we moved in. 6) When the basement flooded, Jim and I spoke on the phone and agreed that I would clear out the carpet and that the basement floor would be stained. He was to have the floor sanded and I would complete the rest. Never happened and we were charged to completely replace carpet that was already noted in the pre walk through as being in poor condition. Again, we learned a lesson with this guy and would not recommend his services to our worst enemies.
