Based on my experience, he demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor business ethics, and an unacceptable attitude. Perhaps he has enough customers that he feels he can treat people this way, but that is not how a reputable business should operate. I would not recommend his services based on my experience. Cesar. After I expressed concerns about scheduling and the way I was being treated, instead of handling the situation professionally, he became defensive, dismissive, and argumentative. Rather than trying to resolve the issue or offer another appointment, he told me to "look elsewhere," said it would be the last time he serviced my apartment, and then blocked me. That is not the level of customer service I expect from someone operating a business. I also disagree with several statements he made publicly. He claimed I didn't pay his full price, which was not my experience. Every time he serviced my apartment, I paid the amount he requested. He also implied that he had been servicing my apartment for years, when in reality he only serviced it two or three times, with each visit occurring roughly six months apart. Instead of addressing legitimate customer concerns, he chose to attack my credibility and respond with statements that I believe are inaccurate. In my opinion, that raises more concerns than the original issue itself. A professional business owner should be able to handle criticism respectfully, communicate effectively, and work toward a resolution--not argue with customers or block them when concerns are raised. So, the light colored couches and rug that are in the house have been assaulted by three crazy…read morenephews for the past three years and they have had dirty shoes tracked across them many times, spilled juice, dropped ketchup, globs of slime dragged across them, even a corner with a paint splatter from an instance of one of the little dudes getting too crazy with his art projects and thought flicking it everywhere was cute (kids ) My mom contacted Jay and was given a quote and they set up a date and time that was convenient and not only did he arrive on time, but he was extremely professional, kind, and respectful. He not only honored the quote, but went ahead and cleaned our hallway runner without an extra charge. We were both very grateful. Jay did let us know about the different types of stains and how they interact with different surfaces to let us know what may or may not come out, I was expecting there may be some sticking around, but after about two and a half hours of him working on everything, the stains were all out! We did have a very nice conversation about how he started his business and his experiences with it and it really all boiled down to the fact that he wanted more flexibility to be a dad. That was really great, because too many kids don't have that relationship with their parents and being that I've worked in elementary schools for a few years, it's important to me that kids have that love and support. All in all, quality work, a very reasonable price, and a very kind and personable man. If you need a cleaning, look no further than Kleen Kukture Carpet Care and Jay!
