My husband called him on Saturday. He had a detailed conversation with Johnny and told him what we needed.... Which was pretty much a miracle due to our 2 daughters (3 & 6 years old) parties and the numerous family gatherings. We were able to get an appointment for Monday! Yes 2 days later! We had our stairs, playroom, hallway, girls bedroom, master bedroom and area rug cleaned. This review is so overdue! But here I am finally logged on just to share my experience with Johnny and his business. We had just moved into our spot, not even 2 months in, and I had spilled red wine on our ridiculous.....white.....carpet that our landlords just put in. (Still unsure why they chose white knowing we have kids, but o well). I searched yelp like it was my last mission on earth for someone who looked like they could get the job done well, and the next morning I was in contact with Johnny. He wasn't able to do same day because he was already busy, but he came the following day. He was SO kind and SO helpful! He told me stories of other incidents that he's removed wine out and gotten rid of it completely. And sure enough, he was able to do the same for our carpet! You would never know anything happened.
