Dane cleaned our carpet a few times before but the last two times we had timing conflicts and had to hire a different outfit to do the cleaning. But this time the timing worked out and they did a very good job. Dane is very professional and the two guys that dis the initial cleaning were not very detail oriented and didn't do things in an efficient way. For one thing, they put all the small tables and miscellaneous things on top of the beds. They sbould have put them in the living room which has hardwood floors. They worked hard cleaning but they didn't bother to check for any stains or spots they missed. When Dane came, I pointed out to him several spots and traffic areas that didn't get cleaned well. Dane went over again and cleaned all the areas that did not get cleaned properly. I will definitely use him again but I am going to check all the areas after they are done and make sure they did not leave any areas unclean. Their prices are competetive and a good value considering everything is getting pricier by the day. read more

He was very prompt with his responses as well. I got quotes from several carpet cleaning companies and Dane's quote was within our budget. For two sets of carpeted stairs and a large area rug was $120. Dane and his colleague, Ryan, arrived even earlier than our appointment and they were very friendly and professional. They were also very efficient. The whole job took 30 minutes. I also added a hallway rug for them to clean as well. At the end Dane also gave me some plastic booties to wear on the wet carpet. Other companies we hired in the past never did this. They did a great job! My landlord unfortunately installed very cheap carpet and the high traffic areas could never be 100% Dane also mentioned he could come back if my landlord isn't happy with their work, which is awesome!
