Had my couch and two arm chairs cleaned. They forgot to move the couch away from the wall and didn't clean the back and the solution they used dripped down the wall and stained it. I called them back and they did return to clean the back of the couch but my wall is now stained. Called the company and never received a call back. I made the mistake of letting my dog get a hold of some Chinese leftovers and let's just say I woke up to a pretty big mess on my carpet. I texted Lars the owner of JC's and he was able to move things around so his guys could take care of the situation that day. They do excellent work and made my carpet and sofa look brand new but beyond that they were punctual, very friendly and very cautious not to cause any damage to anything. They used these wall corner protectors so their hoses wouldn't rub against anything and I thought that was a nice, thoughtful touch.
