I made the mistake of letting my dog get a hold of some Chinese leftovers and let's just say I woke up to a pretty big mess on my carpet. They do excellent work and made my carpet and sofa look brand new but beyond that they were punctual, very friendly and very cautious not to cause any damage to anything. JC is a quality businessman. I had my couch & rug cleaned through JC the other week. The first time they did it there were still a few cushions that had some tougher stains that weren't 100% out. I'm a PetCo [Stanley Steamer] kind of guy and don't mind DIY jobs, but this time because of our new K9, I knew I was out of my league. I had done my due diligence and now I find myself added to a long list of satisfied five-star clientele.  For starters, they quickly assessed the situation (which furniture would be moved), drew from their knowledge bank of solution subsets and executed a perfect landing. On the day of job, his crew of two men (one van) arrived promptly at 1 p.m. as scheduled.  This work can be arduous at times, but you could tell they came prepared.  It's rare, but rewarding to find people these days that have found their purpose/calling in life.  In about 2.5 hours, the entire house (including 2 flights of stairs) were complete and the carpets looked as though they had been replaced. They positioned industrial blower fans (essentially de-humidifiers) around the house to lessen the drying time. After completion, his assistant instructed me on the drying process, the areas of treatment and corresponding time in which to place the furniture back in place. And, before I knew it, the CashApp was approved, receipt was in hand and they were on their way. Some people succeed by what they know, some by what they do, and few by what they are. Lars (et al.) have succeeded as Carpet Technicians, if not, Magicians, in their pursuit of carpet restoration. I am  thankful to have met them.  Mainly, their knowledge, service and diligence to see a job to its conclusion is admirable.  I intend to use them again - although for the time being we've adopted a no shoe policy. Because I worked from home, I was in a phone call when they finished. I paid and continued working, knowing that the carpet would dry in a few hours. But later that afternoon, we noticed that not all of the carpet area had been cleaned, and the couch cushions still looked the same. While they were cleaning our toddler's room upstairs, they banged a hole in the drywall with their cleaning equipment. I didn't see the crack in the wall until I went upstairs to put the kids furniture back down on the carpet after it had dried.
