Need much improvement on customer service. Young lady there last Wednesday had a bad attitude and was very rude when I went to drop off an item. Upset because she couldn't find my phone number in her system and then wouldn't take a blouse because it didn't have the cleaning instructions label. I took it off because it was see through and showed. Told her I had it at home and would get it and bring it back. Said thank you and she didn't even reply. Went to La Mer right after and totally different and wonderful experience. They did not ask for the label and were very nice and texted me updates. read more

Rina & her staff are the BEST! They do an excellent job of stain removal! I had a couple of custom made throw pillows & a patio furniture cushion that were covered in stains - red wine, grease etc. I hired a patio furniture cleaning company to clean my cushions but they couldn't get the stains out. I took them to Eagle Cleaners & not only did they remove all of the stains, but now they all look brand new! Thank you so much to Rina & her amazing drycleaning staff!! I'm so happy now. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE. this place should be shut down after seeing all these negative reviews that had a similar experience to mine. They put a hole in my very expensive shirt, told me that they were not going to do anything about it and then changed the story and told me that I brought it in that way. What horrible customer service. I take very good care of my clothing, there's no reason why they should've put a hole in my shirt. It is unfixable because it is in the front and they will not make this issue right. save yourself the time and money!! go elsewhere, and do your research before bringing clothes to a horrible place such as this one. read more

I dropped off a suit and a white silk blouse to be dry cleaned to which I received the blouse back with missing buttons and a jet black stain on the back which wasn't even there when I dropped it off. When I brought it back he refused to accommodate ans was extremely unprofessional and told me they didn't clean my clothes. That he had no record of it?? I will never go back here. read more

Terrible! On my FIRST visit to Eagle Dry Cleaners on PGA Blvd I spent almost $90. One of the items I had cleaned was a month old Lilly Pulitzer blouse. When I was unpacking my cleaned items I noticed there was some obvious damage. The fabric was burned at the top of both arms and the stitching was now coming undone. Disappointed of course, but I understand accidents happen. When I went in to discuss, the store Manager was very nice and agreed it was clearly damaged. He filed a claim to be reviewed by the owner. At first, they said they would not reimburse me for the almost brand new item that they ruined, which retails and was purchased for $158, but they would give me $158 store credit. They said they wanted to retain me as a customer. Of course this was unacceptable. Finally I got the owner on the phone and although he agreed the blouse was damaged he also said that it was typical with Lilly Pulitzer clothing to be easily damaged and was basically unavoidable...Really? He blamed the blouse! Ha! He said they have this problem all the time, and then back tracked and contradicted himself when I asked how many issues he has had with them. To which, he replied "Not that many at all". So basically it's "typical", but they don't have this problem often? He knew I wasn't backing down so he offered to reimburse me for $130, which is what they found a 3rd party retailer online selling the blouse for. Here's the problem- I didn't purchase it from a 3rd party! I bought it from Lilly Pulitzer for $158. I finally couldn't stand to banter with Jimmy any longer, and accepted the horrible offer. I took the $130 plus the $9 I was charged for them to clean and ruin the blouse in the first place. I just wanted to be done with them. These people clearly have no idea how to run a business and are using inferior cleaning agents that ruin clothing. The blouse was silk. As a dry cleaner you should be able to handle that without damage being done. Mistakes happen, but it's about how you as an owner handle those mistakes that will help retain customers. If they were really concerned with retaining my business they should have compensated me for the $158 blouse, plus the $9 in cleaning and maybe thrown in a $20/$30 credit for good measure. Then I might be saying how well they handled the mishap instead of writing negative review. Since sharing this experience with people I know, I have heard at least 3 other people tell me they had similar experiences. Don't risk it. Go somewhere else. read more

Warning warning warning do not bring your clothes here. I am trying to help you. They completely burned and shredded my beautiful Chanel pants. Then said I brought them in that way when I only brought them to be hemmed. The owner called just to tell me that I brought them in that way. I am devastated at the loss of these beautiful pants that I treasured. The only pair of Chanel that I have the privilege of owning. I was bringing my clothes in every week and every week it got worse and worse. Clothes were misplaced, late coming back and overstuffed in a small box. Then they came back wrinkled up more and more until this one day. I brought the box to my hotel and the clothes were still wet and rolled up into balls. I could not fix them. I tried to iron them several times, I tried to re-wash them, but nothing helped. I had to throw them away. The only thing they would do, is credit my next load. Service here is great and friendly. Its just that Eagle Cleaning is not very good. Their laundry service has shrunk half of my shirts beyond wear, and the pressing kind of sucks. I never look until I pull it out to wear, but there will be creases and bunching at stitch lines and collars that are unacceptable. I lose at least 2-3 collar tabs every trip. Its just frustrating. They will always take it back and try again, but at some point that is getting old. I am activiely trying new places. read more

I took a favorite shirt to Eagle. Showed them where I spilled coffee and asked if they could get the stain out. Yes we can. Yes they did! And ruined the shirt. The stain is gone but now there is a hole where the stain was at. After getting the shirt home I noticed a yellow tag that said " shirt has pin hole, damaged when dropped off". There is no way to replace a favorite shirt. This place sucks! Wish I had read the reviews prior to using them for the first and last time. Even adding insult to injury, this place charges 50% more than my previous cleaners. read more

Awful from start to finish. Eagle cleaners has ruined a number of high quality shirts of mine. The explanation I received was: "the shirt's material is the cause of the issue". I have never had a single issue with other dry cleaners ruining the same shirts, just Eagle Cleaners. The staff and owner never once apologized or offered to replace my damaged items. I will never bring my clothes here again. It is worth the extra $$$ to use a high end cleaner, Eagle Cleaners is not a good dry cleaners. read more

I just moved to the area and tried them out. first round of 3 shirts was fine. but had issues with next round of shirts and suit jackets. there was burned starch on all my shirts, and the the way the suit jackets were dry-cleaned/hung messed up the lapels so they don't lay flat. a real bummer since I didn't check the clothes before taking them on a business trip out of town. i won't be back. read more
