The river park offers camping, picnicking and boating fun for the whole family. The park has 43 camp sites as well as primitive camping. Offering seasonal, monthly, weekly and daily rates. There is water and electric hook-up at each site. The park also provides a dump station, showers and restroom facilities, which are open from 8 a.m. till 10 p.m., snack shop, boat launch, boat docks and playground. There are two picnic shelters, with grills, that may be reserved. There is also seasonal and daily boat launch passes available. The park is open April 1 through Oct. 31, seven days a week. We had called a few weeks prior to rent a pontoon boat for 6 hours. The check in process was extremely simple and the woman was very friendly. She directed us down to the dock to get our boat. At the dock, the woman gave us all the information we needed for operating the boat, as well as information about the lake. The boat was in great condition, and it was a beautiful, fun filled day on the lake! We are returning in July with more family for a repeat trip!

They have shower rooms and bathrooms not more than 50 ft from the cabins. The fishing for bluegill in this area is sooo awesome. They also have a restaurant at the Marina about 100ft from the cabins. Can you say convenient!! Although its hours are limited they are so nice and if you make arrangements with them prior they can sometimes stay over to cook dinner for you !! super accommodating!!! This is gonna be one of my definite go to places for a get away when I need some alone time with my honey bunny
