Fun executive course in Summerlin. A buddy and I went out and played Eagle Crest on a Friday afternoon. The course is in great shape, as long as you stay on the greens and fairways (easier said than done) haha. The pace of play is pretty decent, they do a good job of pacing the groups on the 1st tee. Upon checking in, you can use the practice facilities and they will call your groups name on the loudspeaker so you can head to the 1st tee. There was a Marshall driving around and gave us a few tips on 2 of the holes! Very nice of him! There are only 2 holes at most you can pull out your driver, so this is a great course to practice hitting your hybrids, woods and irons. I've played this course for years with no issue. Last month we had someone tee off while we were playing a Par 3 and claim not to know how dangerous and unacceptable this was. Management needs to tighten up, we were also encouraged to play early only to have groups back up behind us as soon as we got to the tee box. I like the laid back attitude here but not being in danger of being hit by a ball. read more

Tricky to putt on the greens, but great condition. Good for beginners and females because there is a good yardage difference between the reds and whites/blues. Unlike some other par 3 courses, you will use pretty much all the clubs in your bag off the tee with the variety of yardage differences. Only con is that there are no GPS on the carts and there weren't clear yardage sticks on the fairway, making it difficult to guess how far the hole was. Overall still a decent course. Came for just the driving range. 1 token = $5 = about 30 balls. They only have rental clubs ~$40 for an 18 hole round, but the attendant was nice enough to rent out a portion for driving. We came for driving range from the turf/grass (Monday-Thursday) which was the only one around that area with grass driving range. The spots had pretty patchy grass though. read more

Hidden Gem! Go here if you are a golf fan. Yes, the walk to the pro shop and golf stuff is a much longer walk than Highland Falls, but it is quieter and there is more parking. They are so classy without being rude or uptight. Service is amazing, greens are immaculate! Go to at the very least use the practice greens and grab a basket of balls. If you have more time, definitely do a round, you won't be disappointed. The vibe is amazing and it was a very pleasant experience. read more

Today was my first visit to this course and found the course really nicely kept. Par 3 holes dominate this course and you can finish in roughly 3 hours with 4 people in a group. You can either use the golf cart or walk the course. I would recommend using the car during the summer months. The course has downward slops on either side of the fairway and the bunkers are located where you won't find your self on the "beach". It is a great course for beginners or golfers who simply don't have time for a 4-5 hour outing on the course. Upon arriving, you will walk down the steps located on the right hand side of the snack shop. You will see the golf carts parked at the bottom. If you don't like steps, there is a golf cart path just right of the stairs. I would highly recommend this course. read more

This was a nice course with a lot of things to do to practice. But at the pro shop there were plenty of signs saying "no t-shirts" but they seemed to only enforce that at their own discretion. I also asked if a military discount was offered (I'm a disabled vet) and I was told that they only offer the discount to veterans they like. Seemed pretty arrogant and unprofessional. Great staff and very fun course for the casual golfer. We arrived before our round to grab breakfast. Big fluffy pancakes with eggs, hashbrowns and bacon.. the perfect American breakfast. Mainly par 3s with par 4s sprinkled in. A good course for golfers whose long game is lacking when compared to rest of the 4some. Had a couple of birdie n par opps, but I didnt want to take buddy's $.. just wanted to win drinks n dessert for front n back 9s. Super friendly staff and was a great time. Very nice executive golf course par 60. Beautiful views on almost every hole. Good hole placement and enjoyable course. We started his morning with a tee time at 6:02 am. I know it's early, but the things we do to have fun in Vegas are necessary to BEAT THE HEAT!! There was a couple groups before us and we really didn't have to wait except for the first hole. As people say, a bad day on the golf course is better than a good day at work...I concur. I did hit my first Birdie ever, I have only played 5 courses to date now so I am still learning. An enjoyable time had by all in my group. And as I noted above, the views of Vegas from this Summerlin golf course are breathe taking. read more

Eagle crest golf course is enjoyable challenging. It's a local course but you can get it in in 3 1/2 hours.

Golf courses, have you ever seen one that wasn't easy in the eyes?! Nope, I don't think any golf course could be considered unattractive. Eagle Crest is tucked away in an older community and is well manicured. A friend invited me along for a fundraiser for autism. This was a night glow golf course! Think large sized 'glow sticks' for the holes, luminares for the pathway for the golf carts. Didn't see any do a rollover in a gold cart- luckily;) Yes, indeed the golf balls provided a glowing color. Definitely a fun evening on the course, more of play versus any competitive playing. Inside had a small bar and eatery. Pleasant staff, pro shop on premises. read more

We had a great round of golf here! It's a scenic, well maintained executive course, with gorgeous mountain and city views. There's a driving range and putting green, which is so nice to help warm up before playing 18. The course is challenging enough to keep the game interesting as it's not super long, yet offers plenty of opportunities to bring out the driver and long irons. If you have a strong short game, you'll love the par 3s. If not, you'll get in some good practice. The greens were clean and some a bit tricky to read, but that made it even more rewarding to sink those tricky putts. The 18th hole plays downhill, offering a great view of the Vegas valley. Be sure to read the course rules on the card. We didn't do that the first few holes and then realized we drove our cart where it wasn't supposed to be. The carts have a gps tracker and will sound off if you're where you shouldn't be. Service at the pro shop was friendly and efficient. The marshall was personable and gave us a few tips on the holes up ahead. Hubby and I left the course with big smiles on our faces as we absolutely enjoyed playing here. Bought a couple of loyalty discount cards, too, since we're planning to return soon. read more

Of course, we did it "our way"...;) It was a beautiful course, and we all had a great time trying not to hold up the others behind us which happened a couple of times, but we just let them play through which they were cool with. We all had our superstar moments with pretty good drives and great putts aside from getting caught in the bunkers and butchering the green with my countless divots-OOOPSY! Great little course just outside of Las Vegas think Summerland. The course (there are 3 here) we played is a well kept Executive course. Pro tip: Perfect for beginners or folks dusting the rust off of their iron game Came here on a hot and sunny Saturday afternoon when it was 100+ outside. I haven't played a round of golf in a few months, so playing a par 3 course was a nice way to sharpen my iron game. Not having to hit driver on almost every hole really helps to conserve energy and help fight that heat exhaustion. The golf carts come with a cooler. The course was nice enough to provide 2 bottles of water and ice in the cooler. This is pretty standard for a Vegas course, but nonetheless the gesture is always appreciated. The course is nice. The fairways and greens are well manicured. Errant shots off of the fairways and greens will not hurt much since the rough isn't very long. The views are spectacular. You have a good view of the mountains, picturesque holes with a pond, and an awesome view of the strip. Our tee time was at 12:02, but when i checked in a little after 11, I was told I could go out whenever I was ready. Given that this is an executive course and a hot summer day, there weren't too many people on the course. There was no one in front of behind us to rush us at all. We even took a 20 minute break at the turn to cool off. Since there was no one on the course, we got to take a few mulligans without having to look over our shoulders and holding up traffic behind us. We played at a very leisurely pace and had a lot of fun. The holes are set up fairly and play nicely. This is a great course to get a lot of practice and build some confidence. Golf is not fun when you shoot a bad score and greens break 3 ways to tomorrow. Play here and you'll have fun, not feel hurried, and be able to shoot a nice score. read more

Very nice staff. Easy to get to. Beautiful setting with views of Downtown. Pretty course. Brutally tough and punitive if you are not spot on with your shots. Came up about a yard or two short on my tee shot on #2 and ended up 30 yards away after the ball was through rolling. Every green is turtle-backed, so keeping it on was tough. The greens are fast and very difficult to read. If you're a high handicapper its probably not the place for you. read more

I came here for a wedding and did not play golf. The facilities are a little dated and smell like an old folks home. But the view from the event room was impressive and the party went smooth. The staff for the event was okay. They were courteous but not overly helpful. Water glasses were cleared off the tables just as the dancing started. Not the most conscientious move in my opinion. My untouched dessert disappeared while I was visiting another table. When asked to replenish the butter dish at the buffet line, the woman disappeared for five minutes to return with small plastic tubs of butter. The food was standard chicken or fish- the kind of fare you'd expect from a modestly priced hotel function. The space is well-maintained and the view was top notch. I just didn't love the food or the service. Still, I would consider this for an event. I'd just have to manage the expectations. read more

Great executive course with beautiful views. I brought the boyfriend here this afternoon for his birthday, and it went very well. Booked a 12:30 tee time a few days in advance and the pro shop clerk let us go out half an hour early. My boyfriend said it was a great course, though the greens were slow due to recent overseeding and verti-cut. Playing time is fairly quick; he went through 18 holes in about two hours. We had a fun, leisurely day together here for a price that was easy on the wallet. Eagle Crest is right down the street from our house, so we'll be back someday. read more
