I received the detailed inspection by email in the evening and it had all the useful detail I recalled from when he inspected a previous home back in 2015. Since the inspection, I've discovered some pretty obvious defects, which a "professional " would have noticed. That's probably why he didn't meet me at the appointed time and went early so I wouldn't be a witness to his incompetence.
