I picked out three different places to go and decided to go to this one first as I made a route that was the easiest to follow. I was extremely impressed with his office. He does not go to a different room to weigh your gold. He does everything in front of you. It is also impeccably clean. Not a big office, but everything is done in front of you. I never like the idea of them taking your jewelry in the back room because you're never sure if you're getting your jewelry back if you decide you don't want to sell it. I had an idea of what it was worth and what I should get dealing with AI. I also want to mention meeting Stuart was a treat in itself. I did not realize you had to have a reservation.. Judy, the receptionist suggested I call him gave me his phone number and I did. He was wonderful and said he would be there in 15 minutes. I had a wonderful visit with him and he he seem to be a very nice man. I had no complaints either about the amount that he offered. It was a little bit less than what AI suggested, but all in all I never ended up going to the other places I decided to take his offer because he did everything in front of me. Because everything was so impeccably clean. And because Stuart was so accommodating to me. I didn't think anybody would ever go over the amount AI suggested anyway so I took the offer.

Jack was professional, very friendly, and informative. He gave me a jar of their pearl cleaner. Gave. He has a wonderful personality. This jeweler has several collectables, too. I saw they had a neon sign (albeit it was off) with countries and conversion rates, as you'd see at say the airport. However, they do NOT do foreign currency anymore. They were friendly, and I can't blame the people working there but having that sign still in their store made me a happy then very sad panda. Side note: if you need foreign currency in Tucson, prepare for quite an epic quest. People are not doing it in town any more hardly at all. Try ordering at your bank, or at Tucson Coin.
