I went into PMR today with little expectations to walk out with anything more than 50$-100$ just knowing how most gold&silver/pawn shops can be when it comes to buying items from a walk-in. for starters I received immediate service upon walking in, didn't have to flag anyone down they were right there ready to help! the whole vibe and atmosphere of the establishment is pleasant, they have a beautiful case full of an array of gold/silver jewelry, and coins to admire as well! Diego was the employee that assisted me today and he was so knowledgeable on every single detail that i inquired about, some of which didn't really pertain to my reason for visiting but he still had a thoughtful reply to each inquiry! he was cool calm and collected which definitely was contagious. maybe it was because Diego was able to get me about 700$ more than i was expecting from the two pieces of gold jewelry that i took in today- regardless if it was Diego's calm & sweet demeanor or the surprising ability to pay my rent in full without worry this month that resulted in my doing a little dance before my departure from PMR :~) we'll go with both! thank you Diego and thank you PMR ! I didn't take in everything I had, but with that being said hands down it was super clean, and them making you feel comfortable i believe is there priority, and then they take you in a private room and the guy that was helping me was super professional, and didn't get pissed off if you asked him a question!!!! But with that being said we had normal conversations and I didn't feel rushed!!!! We went in with what was frankly a mixed up bag of metal wires and scrap. We were greeted with a beautiful and friendly smile at the door. The associate introduced herself as Terra and immediately asked all 3 of us if we would like some water or needed anything. Very attentive (and from the moment you walk in you feel important). She then got us checked in and within 2 minutes we were in an office reviewing what we had brought in. With a smile the entire time Terra tested each piece patiently and got us the most $ she could for what we had brought in. She answered all our questions (Even the ones my 9 year old had) and had us on our way fairly quickly too. Patient, attentive, knowledgeable, professional and kind. 10 out of 5 stars. We walked in and we're instantly greeted. Offered water or coffee.Main lobby was in immaculate shape. Clean, no clutter. Diego greeted us, with calm and pleasant approach. He asked what we wanted to do with jewelry I had. I told him I want to sale it! He then escorted us to his office.
