This is the BEST dental office I have ever been to. I've had my fair share of dental offices and NOTHING compares. They are CLEAN. The floors and restrooms are clean! The assistants are super helpful and friendly. And the Doctors are THOROUGH! They are so thorough and precise. They take pride in their work and they won't let one small thing slip by. I've got to meet all Doctors. Dr Pham is so kind and cares so much about our teeth but also about us as patients. Dr Sotto is so sweet and she did a phenomenal job on my son who was 3 at the time. Dr. Kong is Fairly new but he does exceptional work! I had some fillings done by him. He is a good asset to the team. Dr Pham (male Dr) is the Endodontist and he makes you feel so comfortable and makes sure the root canal procedure is perfection. My husband got to meet Dr Jeong Kim and he is the oral surgeon and he also makes you feel super comfortable and gets the tooth out within seconds is what it feels like. And Dr Kim the orthodontist is the most perfectionist Dr I have ever come across he wants to make sure your teeth are STRAIGHT! If they are straight he will try to get it at 110% straight. Lol. Now the front desk. They are so nice and helpful they are always greeting you with a smile. Rosary is the office Manager and she is so bubbly and friendly. She makes it feel FUN to go to the dentist lol. I hope I got everyone. This office is just the best. I forgot the Hygienists! Sarah, Kaitlyn and Melissa are all so friendly and thorough! But Melissa did leave because she moved :( but I'm sure the new hygienist is great as well (: I can't imagine this office hiring someone who doesn't meet their high standards. Office is clean. Staff friendly. However, very bad business practices. I was ask to leave a deposit for next appointment. At the appointment, Dentist was not able provide the service. I asked for my deposit to be refunded since no service was rendered and insurance paid for office visit. Staff was not authorized to refund. I was told office manager will contact me and refund me with a check. 4weeks and 3 more calls later. No call no refund. This manager hides behind her staff. read more

What an amazing experience... at a dental office! I just moved into the area and was looking for a new dentist group. They're right down the street from me so it's very convenient. To start, calling in their staff is helpful and straight to the point. Those ladies in the front know how to be the first point of contact. Walking in I was welcomed by smiling faces and "good mornings." They checked me in quickly and within 5 minutes of being seated for my appointment I was called in by another welcoming person. All staff were diligent about going over what the visit and procedure was going to entail. They were detailed with their work and made sure it was up to their standards. They also go over your concerns and gave ne referrals for anything they did not already specialize in. I had a teeth cleaning by Hygienist Catelynn and a cavity fill by Dr. Sotto and would highly recommend. The office space is modern and up to date. Each patient chair is equipped with 2 TV's. One facing you when you are sitting up and one on the ceiling for when you're laying down, neat. They have earned themselves a long term patient! read more

I love this clinic! Dr. Kong is amazing. I'm a super sensitive person when it comes to dental work--especially with my teeth being extra sensitive--but he was so gentle and kind the entire time. He really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and explained everything clearly. For this reason I have avoided going to the dentist. However, that has literally changed since I have stepped foot into Eagle Glen Dental. From the moment I walk in I am greeted by friendly staff and dental assistants who assure that my visit is as comfortable as possible. I noticed the staff is attentive to patients and ensure there is a process to check you in to streamline your appointment. Walking in I noticed the cleanliness of the place. As I was getting my procedure done, I noticed they have a HEPA filter that filters any aerosol droplets. The staff communicates well and my copays were reasonable. My family has been going to Eagle Glen dental for 8 years. Excellent care, conveniently located. They take such great care of my toddler when she get her teeth cleaned and take all her worries away. This is a great dental office. The reception area is very nice along with a very friendly staff. Appointments are easy to make. A text reminder can be sent to remind you of your upcoming appointment a few days before. Every dental room is private meaning you aren't lined up next to other patients. Each room also has a tv you can change to whatever channel you like. The entire staff is awesome and very caring. They make sure you're comfortable and at ease while your having your cleaning or procedure done. I highly recommend their Ortho services as well. Me and my family have been coming to EGD for years and it's such an amazing office the staff is so attentive and caring. With a such a great office of course there had to be a catch right, when I called to schedule the girl that answered the phone put me on hold for about 8 mins and then she ask me if I'm still there of course I am I'm trying to schedule and she continues to put me on hold, and lately I don't know if It is there management or the careless hiring but I went in to get my teeth cleaned the hygienist that did my cleaning was so fast that I felt she was rushing me out and I had never seen her before, then the male assistant that brought us back was so clueless that I felt I had to tell him what I should do. The girls always have the same procedure please wash your hands and do a rinse but he seemed confused and when the dentist was going over my X-rays he didn't know how to put it in because another assistant had to come and help I get if they are new but EGD has gone down really bad this is the second time he has treated one of our family members and I will be requesting for him to be kept away from us. When I asked if Zack or Moi were there I was informed zack was at lunch and moi had left he was such an amazing asset to this office and his replacement lacks that. EGD please help train your assistants so they all have the same care! I would hate to leave this office. read more

Our family drives 60 miles to see the friendliest smiles at Eagle Glen Dental since Dr. Pauline opened. Why 5 stars? 1. Excellent customer service. 2. Friendly smiles and positive attitudes leave me in a very happy mood after my appointment. 3. I feel that Dr. Wong, Dr. Pham, Dr. Sotto and Dr. Kim are genuine with their treatment plans and well being of our health. 4. Dr. Pham has cured my fear of the dentist and oral injections. In my numerous experiences with different dentists, she has been the most gentle, competent and thorough practitioner I have encountered.....hence, worth the 1 hour drive. 5. My children do not have the fear of dentists and fillings, as most kids do, because of their positive experiences with Dr. Pham and Dr. Kim. They would rather get multiple injections from Dr. P than their immunization shots. Wow! 6. My receding gums have improved since going to Dr. Pham. We used to go to a well-known Beverly Hills dentist and paid $$$ for laser treatments promising to improve gum health, with no improvement. Dr. Pham's treatment plan was successful and consisted of at home care and some education that cost $0. 7. The dentists and staff are proactive in educating their clients. I feel that they are genuinely invested in our health. In medicine, that's the kind of practitioner you would want, prioritizing preventative measures. 8. Dr. Pham integrates the patient's medical diagnoses and health history with his/her treatment plan. And she identifies concerns that the client should raise with their primary physician. This is the case for my elderly parents and in-laws. I appreciate that she shows concern for the total well-being, not just our dental health. I.e. Education for precautions needed when going for cancer radiation, involving caregivers with the treatment plan for a patient with dementia, and more. 9. I'm impressed that they always remember my allergies, even when I have forgotten and they maintain the proper measures needed to accommodate my allergies. 10. There is no wait and I do not feel rushed even when I have several questions from the practitioners. As a family of healthcare workers, we know that we will get the best care from this team. They are well educated, competent, efficient, organized, work well as a team, have a high morale amongst staff, and have an excellent rapport with their clients. These qualities are what we should look for from our health providers. I only wish my dental insurance would compensate them more, because they deserve it! "Do good. Be rich in good deeds. I came here a few years ago after not going to the dentist for a number of years and guess what they spotted...a mouth FULL of cavities (not exaggerating)! I don't know if its my sweet TEETH, or if cavities are just drawn to me (or lack of flossing haha), but I definitely kept this place busy. All I can say is that I have never had a better time at the dentist, ever...despite what they were doing to my mouth! The whole staff, front and back, are all very easy to talk to, communicate well, and definitely make you feel comfortable while drilling and filling and what not.
