I've been coming to Dr. Kilzi for a little over 3 years now. Before meeting Dr. Kilzi and his amazing staff, I had crippling dental anxiety. My teeth had been neglected for a long time and I always feel safe, accepted and welcomed here. I never feel embarrassed anymore considering I am only in my 30s dealing with these insecurities. Dr. Kilzi has never recommended services that are not needed and has always been accommodating with my budget. I drive an hour just to receive his services. I can not recommend this office enough to anyone who's ever felt similar fears and concerns. I have met Drs in the past with poor bedside manner and the entire staff feels like family every time I visit. The office is very clean and inviting. The quality of care is top notch. My teeth used to be my favorite attribute and while they had deteriorated over years due to neglect and bad genes, they are again- my favorite part of me and I smile so much more. Dr Kilzi was so understanding and made sure to leave the numbing cream on my gums for an extra long time before giving me the injection. SHOCKED.. DO NOT COME HERE. Dr.Kilzi has been warm and welcoming so I referred my boyfriend to get work done here. He paid $1,700 for a deep cleaning with 24 "antibiotic shots" at $50 each that were completely unnecessary. I went in for a consultation myself and knew I had calcium buildup, he wanted to charge $360+ for the deep cleaning and recommended me 16 shots. He said that I needed 2 root canals/crowns and on top of that had 6 cavities. I'm 28. I just went to get a second opinion and I had one bad cavity with a 2% chance of needing a root canal for it NOT 6 like he stated and that my build up wasn't bad and just needed deep cleaning but not these shots & that's it. Altogether he wanted 5k+ out of pocket for me to pay for all these treatments that I didn't even need to begin with and I didn't read his most recent reviews but it makes sense now knowing this is his tactic. I feel so bad referring my boyfriend here and will not be doing business or referring them in the future. My second opinion dentist said what he heard was one of the worst money grabs he's seen. read more

Embarrassed to say it l, but I hadn't been to the dentist in over ten years. I have a lot of anxiety, so naturally dentist visits aren't easy for me. But I've had a really great time going here. Dr Kilzi is extremely patient and thorough. I can tell he even went faster knowing how nervous I was. Also, I have had zero pain during my visits. Furthermore, when my insurance company didn't approve a service I needed, his office was able to give me a 50% discount, which made it so I could afford it. If I could give 10 stars I would. Im going to be 100% vulnerable here, I'm 35 years old and I'm in the beauty industry... with terrible teeth. My teeth always looked beautiful and have been my favorite part of me because I love to smile. Upon of years of neglect with going to the dentist due to crippling and debilitating anxiety and embarrassment over the health of my teeth, I was forced to find a dentist due to cracked teeth and cavities that were well on their way to root canals. It was due time for me to plan a trip to the dentist, and being in a new town I needed to find a new dentist. After reading reviews about each dental provider my insurance gave me the option to choose from, I decided to book my first appointment with Dr. Kilzi as his reviews and creditials were amongst the best. I can vouch that the reviews do not lie. After filling out my new patient paperwork, I was promptly taken into a very clean exam room to have dental x-rays taken. Dr. Kilzi then performed a very through physical exam and explained his findings to me along with my options for care. I had cavities that needed to be filled and Dr. Kilzi took care of them during this same visit. I'm always nervous about the initial administering of the numbing shots due to the pain I have experienced at the hands of previous Dentist's, but at no point with Dr. Kilzi did I feel any pain what-so-ever.
