EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK. I was treated very poorly by this establishment by their front desk personnel and when I mentioned this to my dentist it seemed more of a joke than something to take seriously. When I got work done and asked to go on a payment plan she said they didn't have any besides onethat had insane interest and demanded I pay 1,000 down or no treatment, and I left crying.. I called later that day and asked about it only to have the sweet Bonnie help me and get me on a payment plan. The attitude from the other individual increased to the point she wouldn't forward me to individuals I needed to speak to about my dental billing! I had to go in personally to get my own dental records due to her temper. I would take my money somewhere else and I most certainly am. I also want to add, they charged my insurance for a deep clean and all they did was spray my mouth and mention my plaque. had to go to a FREE CLINIC to get a proper cleaning. read more

Wherever you do, please contact you Insurance Company and get you fee sheet so you can see all that your insurance will cover. I want everyone to know that they try to push there products on you and make it seem like you have to pay that amount when you do not. I do not want no one to get bet by them anymore. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at South Corona Dental Clinic. Two weeks ago, I had a deep cleaning and was charged an additional $540 for what they called a "bacterial wash." After the procedure, the hygienist told me to return in two weeks for the scaling/scraping, polishing, and fluoride treatment because she said those services are not done immediately after a deep cleaning. I came back today exactly as instructed, only to find out that none of those services were performed. There was no polishing, no additional scaling, and no fluoride treatment. I took time out of my day for an appointment that ended up being a complete waste of my time. What makes this even more frustrating is that I felt pressured into paying for expensive add-on treatments. It seems like they are more focused on selling additional procedures than providing the routine dental care patients actually come in for. In my experience, they won't even perform a regular cleaning unless you agree to extra services that may not be necessary. I left feeling misled, frustrated, and disappointed. Patients deserve honest communication about what they actually need, transparent pricing, and follow-up appointments that provide the care they were told they would receive. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this clinic based on how I was treated. read more

I wanted to share an update to show just how crooked this dental office is. South Corona Dental quoted me nearly $11,000 to fix my broken bridge. I went to another dental office and had my bridge repaired for $2,100 -- a massive difference. This office never listened to what I wanted. I specifically asked to have my bridge fixed, but they only pushed the most expensive options that would make them the most money. There was no respect, no effort to understand my needs, and certainly no trust built. To make matters worse, the office manager told me she didn't care about Yelp reviews and was only focused on their Google page -- so I made sure to leave a review there too. read more

After being a patient here for over 25 years, my last visit sealed the deal on why I needed to leave. I went in for a cleaning and checkup. After my ex rays, I was informed that the hygienist was gone for the day. Followed up with how I needed a deep cleaning now and 2 saliva samples for a near $750. Along with a laser treatment on my gums for $250. After telling my sister the story she was blown away at how I was still going here. She stopped coming here after 2 visits many many years ago. Along with my dad who went here for years and years also I was the only still going here. I found a new dentist, close to my home. Where I have now had a deep cleaning which only cost me $100. No laser beams, or saliva samples pushed on me. I really did like Dr. K., but I had enough. Do your research, my new dentist told me the same day cad/cam crowns that they do in office there sound great but they leave rough edges where they meet up with your tooth. I had a dental emergency on a Saturday and tried to contact every dentist in the area to be seen with no follow up. They were able to get me in same day and help ease my pain until I could get the procedure I needed done on Monday. All staff was extremely kind and professional, the dentist explained everything thoroughly and my comfort was a top priority. The hygienist Jordan is phenomenal, very gentle and thorough, the best I've had. I also like that they have modern technology. I can't say enough great things about this place. read more

Team at office Dr. Tharani, Jordan,Bonnie and Nancy all amazing. I have not gone to dentist in a few years. Have a severe gag reflex, making almost impossible to get X-rays. Go here if you like to make an appointment for a cleaning, and instead of anyone giving you a cleaning, have someone examine you, tell you how your gums are dangerously receded and need a procedure, and you also need a super deep cleaning, which will cost $3,000, or they will not do a cleaning at all. One at a time, a different professional will come in and try to sell you something or scare you into something. Deep cleanings and other unnecessary procedures, teeth whitening, etc. And then they will send you home without cleaning your teeth. Keep in mind I have gone to the dentist every 6 months my entire life. My husband went here too and had the exact same ludicrous experience. And search the Yelp reviews and you'll see we aren't alone. Went to another dentist after this and surprise: NO I do NOT have receded gums nor did I ever need a deep cleaning. South Corona Dental is not trustworthy. I talked to some dental professionals that explained that that type of place only makes money if they upsell you instead of you just getting the regular cleaning that your insurance covers. Please save yourself time, money and unnecessary procedures and go somewhere trustworthy. Or at least get a second opinion!! read more

I wanted to try a new dentist, just moved to area. The place itself is clean which is great. I came for a check up and cleaning, no issues. The dentist did not even look inside my mouth and made pretty big recommendations including switching my crown completely from a root canal and saying the decay would infect me. They then recommended a deep clean and laser. The laser isn't covered by insurance so they can really put any price tag on it which is fine as it's their private practice, but they put a BIG price on it and will not allow you to refuse the laser to get the cleaning. They also told me if I paid them they can check my A1c levels, (I don't have diabetes and have recent medical labs showing it already and I could get this covered with my doctor). They also try to push buying a saliva test to check bacteria. To me, they seem gimmicky and push unnecessary things, and don't really care for the health of your teeth. They don't really look in your mouth or explain much. I got a second opinion from my previous dentist despite the far drive. The group all agreed that my crown being replaced or revised right now might actually cause my tooth under to fall out and then I'd need an implant shortly after. They also confirmed no decay under the crown. I am glad I got a second opinion and am sad to have had this experience here. I would not return or recommend to anyone. read more

They charge you much more than what insurance makes them charge you (HMO). Insurance tells you, "If they charge you wrong amount, they shouldn't be the member of the providers." Indian female dentist tells you to re-do the existing crown. When you do, she screws it up, and makes you do root canal. She does not know what she is doing and denies her liability, sends you the Notice of Canceling Patient-doctor relationship by FEDEX. Remember, "they charge you much higher amount than what your insurance agrees to charge you." Extremely, Money-Loving, Expensive place. I spent $20.000.00 at this dentist recently I felt like they were being dishonest with me. I told the dentist MR Anthony why did you tell me you're gonna fix such and such teeth and then you only fixed such and such teeth? I feel like you're being really dishonest. Anthony's reply well you must've misunderstood look this is what's in writing so later on I got something in writing and got more work done and they still didn't fix the tooth that I wanted fixed anyways couple days later I got a check from my insurance for $1084,to the best of my ability this was a refund for the tooth they never fixed, and my complaining to Anthony was why I got refunded anyways they never fixed the Tooth That is bothering Me and a couple of days later I Got the Check this was back in late Feb now just a couple days ago. I got a call from them then saying I owe them that money. I'm getting a class action lawsuit if anybody else has the same problems please contact me let's get this class action lawsuit going against these dishonest dentist in this Area it's really bad when your dentist is like your auto mechanic dishonest....???? read more

For the most part I think the OH and dentists know what they are doing. (Doctor Pooja Patel is very sweet and knowledgeable). Same w office team. Most of them are nice and helpful but there's always that bad apple. In this case the whole rating goes down due to one person. Dallas. I have issues going to the dentist. Always have. I explained this when I started coming here and they were very nice. The first cleaning I got was amazing (the person who did it no longer works here or I would have kept requesting him) - I didn't feel a thing. He was very gentle and caring, and whenever I flinched he would ask if I needed more anesthesia and used it. Now w Dallas. She didn't seemed interested in listening to what the other person did to make me feel comfortable w the cleaning, didn't use anesthesia regardless of me asking. Didn't say why not. Whenever I flinched she sighed and just seemed bothered whenever I whimpered out of pain and discomfort. I am certain she didn't even finish my cleaning, she was just done w me. And I was done w her. I told the office staff and they did mentioned they've had complaints like this before. So I am not sure why she's still there. ETA : This events happened last year. I just happened to have had an appointment recently and remembered ny terrible experience and needed to document it. Not sure if She's still there but here it goes anyways read more

Dr. Kadakia has performed many!!! procedures for my and each time she has had extreme compassion, explained each procedure until I understood, performed the surgeries and procedures essentially painlessly, provided the resources I needed for after care, and followed up timely.
