Nutiformance Gym came highly recommended by a friend, and I can see why! The facility is clean,…read morewell-equipped, and has a great energy. Dale and Ellie, the owners, are incredibly welcoming and clearly passionate about building a strong fitness community. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the coaches, Amy Strahan, wasn't what I hoped for. I attended a class that wasn't beginner-friendly, despite being new to the gym. Throughout the session, Amy repeatedly suggested I sign up for one-on-one coaching with her, which felt more like a sales pitch than genuine guidance. It left a sour impression. That said, I'm not giving up on Nutiformance. I plan to return and try classes with other coaches--I believe there's a lot of potential here, and I'm hopeful my next experience will be more supportive and aligned with my fitness level.

The group fitness classes drew me to this gym - I find them to be quite challenging! I appreciate the community vibe felt at NutriFormance. I see a lot of the same faces every time I go and many of the gym-goers have worked out at NutriFormance for decades. Amy Strahan's Strong classes are my favorite. They had a desk as soon as you walk down to greet you and see if you needed any assistance. We have personally been here a few times for family events or functions. Our kids always have a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoy going back. Our kids also always make friends which is great. There are tons of events such as kids night out, breakfast with Santa, princess dances with dad and much more I highly recommend following them and keeping an eye on all the upcoming events! I will say they originally priced for three kids. We spent about $50 for four hours.

Rude front desk staff ruined the experience…read more On June 21 around 1 PM, I came to the facility with my sisters, excited to enjoy a swim. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was at capacity--which is completely understandable. What wasn't okay was how the front desk staff spoke to us when we arrived. Instead of simply informing us the pool was full, the woman at the desk said, "Y'all was ready to go swimming, huh?" in a tone that came off sarcastic and dismissive. It felt like we were being mocked for just showing up ready to enjoy the amenities. We didn't cause any trouble--we just wanted to enjoy our day. But that comment and her attitude made us feel extremely unwelcome and embarrassed for no reason. That's not how guests should be treated, especially not when they're following the rules and coming in with good intentions. We ended up going to the outdoor pool instead, but the interaction at the front desk stuck with me. A little professionalism and courtesy would've gone a long way. I hope management seriously considers retraining staff on how to speak to guests respectfully--because this was a major disappointment.
