We are on the edge of their service area (Redwood City). We had 2 homes to do (myself and my next door neighbor). Nick was very responsive and communication was excellent. His first visit came with a preliminary assessment and a walk of the roof. He took a number of photos to show us some of the problem spots (which were included in the final proposal). He's very personable and good to work with. Mostly over email and text, we were kept up to date on status. The proposal itself was very competitively priced. Juan was in charge of the execution and had the same responsiveness and communication. They were able to start Monday and complete both homes by Thursday as the weather was good to us. They did all permitting (took a few days) and scheduled the inspections. All the work was done without us having to be present. They set up a group text for communication once the construction started - - and were very responsive to inquiries as well as keeping us up to date.
