All they had to do was lay tarps or plastic down to prevent this. Or don't do the job so fast and be sloppy and just throw everything off the roof in every direction. The workers showed up early each day as promised and did a wonderful job. I also loved the progress picture updates after each day of work. AAR had the best contract and price after sourcing multiple quotes. We even got the upgraded Solaris shingles by booking by a certain date in October which was awesome because they refract more heat in the summer. We added new gutters on for 4k too. If I had any constructive criticism to offer it would have been to communicate more with the placement on the gutters because we had to have them come back to make a patch and move the gutter to the side because it was better looking on the side of the house rather than a focal point in front. But as promised, they made it right and got the job done with my particular request. Our house looks so much more updated with these Morie Black Landmark shingles, rather than the old terracotta tiles that we had before. I've already referred 3 people to their company and my parents got their roof done by them a month later! It was a bummer they wouldn't honor a referral discount since they said we would have needed a sign out on our lawn to get a discount. Real Roofing, damaged my roof, cut the rafters, then tried to get me to pay for 40 hours of…read morecarpenter work, to fix, guy worked 10 hours, first day by himself did not do much, put foot through sheet rock. Stole my bucket of cement tools at clean up. Put my chimney cap on upside down, which damaged it.I bought a new one and install my self. Put material down chimney which clogged it, did not install vents, cut wood left untreated, now I have water dripping down exposed cut wood, flashing set wrong. flat roof is holding water, material is wrinkling up at seams on flat roof. Tried to insulate only half the roof, took 18 bundles of shingles, left me two, I paid for all the material. I would never recommend them, did not fulfill contract, did every thing to up sale more work , Gutters leaked, and held water, I told them, sent out guy, did not fix, I fixed. I have cursed them and my stolen tools, never want them on my property again.

Months and months of excuses as to why he couldn't do it. When trimming the tree he accidentally knocked off and broke a few of my roof tiles and told me he would come again to replace the tiles. While waiting he asked that I pay him for the job so he can buy the tiles which I did. I waited for over 3 weeks of back and forth texts that state he will come for sure on certain days and never showed up repeatedly without communication. Furthermore, when I tried calling him he wouldn't answer. Aside from happily receiving payment and taking my money for an incomplete job I am now stuck finding someone else to complete this project. Very disappointing.

While he was up on the roof, Jesse showed us where he found a few cracked tiles and explained that they weren't posing any issues yet, but we should get them repaired/replaced at some point. Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof. Additionally, when we asked if there was anything we could do about a few of our gutters being extra loud during the rain, he offered to come back to install some sponges that might dampen the sound of the rain hitting the gutters without blocking water flow. We decided to try his solution, and after a few days of rain, so far so good! I highly recommend Jesse and his team for any of your gutter needs!

It took awhile to schedule everything by Gilbert kept me informed through out the process. The repair team was excellent and also kept me informed throughout the day. The repair person (Hob), took extensive pictures and showed me the before and after of each section repaired.
