More worried about getting the job done fast and not doing the proper steps to prevent danger. My six-year-old daughter put one through her foot and put her in the emergency room. Initial calls in late/May for weeks no responses; however Trevor messages back on May/31 Friday about on vacation and only takes roofing replacement not repairs. After confirming our roofing project is a replacement, then Trevor agreed to do a virtual estimate over the weekend since the replacement is for the rooftop of the back addition family room. He assured me on the phone, an estimate shall be simple, quick enough & accurate based on his years of roofing experience. All required info were sent on the same day May/31, but the promised estimate/quotes never come and even with many follow up calls/reminders. After four estimates from "Clipboard Jockeys" who never understood our roofing requirement and just wanted to sell a large job, we lucked out and found Trevor at Royal Sinaloa Roofing. Honest, down to earth, understood what was needed and provided a very reasonable quote. No used car salesman pitch. Trevor recommended what type of shingle to use and what color. Boy, was he spot on! I would trust his recommendations and just go with what he says. You will not go wrong. In addition to all this, the crew showed up on time, worked all day, every day until the job was done. I found Trevor through yelp when we had a roof leak that was damaging a wall in our home. Trevor responded very quick, came over within an hour, and took a look at our roof to see what the issue is. He took one look and immediately saw the issue...a large hole where our power pole met the waterproof cone that sits on the roof. Trevor offered advice on how to DIY fix it, and even suggested the material and location I could buy the supplies. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor/service business. Trevor was so helpful; and I had a lot of questions! He never lost patience and was able and willing to explain the process of roof replacement to a total novice. Compared him to 5 other roof providers and his product and roof replacement knowledge and experience won me over. I never felt like he was going to nickel and dime me on things after old roof removed and he did not; in fact he was able to complete a few additional unplanned items in his original quote so there was no additional cost. I was not happy with my choice of gutters (it was my choice to go with sheet metal over galvanized). We did not replace the gutters because he was able to fix the things I did not like, to my satisfaction. Trevor would have changed things more but I was happy with what he was able to do. He personally spent the extra 2 hours on it himself. I especially liked how organized he and his team were as well. The roofing team was great and cleaned up every evening.
