They have tools and capabilities that almost no one else in the Bay Area has: they can run long, seamless gutters, and Juan is able to solder them in place. It is impressive work. I did a full gutter replacement, which was no small job. They quoted 3 days of work, and finished in 3 days. While he was up on the roof, Jesse showed us where he found a few cracked tiles and explained that they weren't posing any issues yet, but we should get them repaired/replaced at some point. Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof. Additionally, when we asked if there was anything we could do about a few of our gutters being extra loud during the rain, he offered to come back to install some sponges that might dampen the sound of the rain hitting the gutters without blocking water flow.
