Top notch team at eagle parasail. After several failed attempts due to Mother Nature, me and my partner were not disappointed. The view of the beaches and downtown Saint Petersburg in the distance was amazing. The ride in and out to the location was a short 5 minute ride (not counting the strap up time) . They strap you up on your way out to the location, it's tandem so when it's time to go you stand up walk to the location and get ready for your flight. If you fear height it will test your limit. We had a wonderful experience and got a discount on our adventures. The guys on the boat take photos while you are there and sailing, which is well worth it. I'd attach them, but I have none on my phone. Five of us went up. The first group was a group of three and the second was a group of two. I managed to take a pro camera up and captured phenomenal landscape photos of the shoreline. I told them I didn't want to get wet due to the camera and they made sure we didn't get dipped. 20/10 recommend! My family & I took a last minute trip to Tampa & the kids have been asking to go parasailing. We looked on groupon & found this company; I called to see if we purchases the groupon if it would be eligible to use or if we would have to wait the 24 hours. Unfortunately you have to wait the 24 hours if you want to use the groupon but the Lady on the phone was so kind she gave us the groupon rate! The building was a little hard to find (the entrance is around back) but once we got there it was like you were meeting your family. The captain was nice enough to give me a hand onto the boat (being i had recently had surgery) They made the experience everything my kids could have wanted and more! They got fully dunked and loved it. We also opted to get the photo package (20 dollars) it was WELL WORTH IT! The captain gives you the memory card when you get off the boat. We had a terrible experience. We arrived about 11:30 AM on 1/1/2017 and were checked in by a man who obviously didn't care about us or our experience. He was more interested in talking with his friends in the next room. He kept shoving paperwork at us and not engaging or making eye contact. After my daughter was hurt climbing the ladder to the dock and was bleeding I asked him what had happened. He chose to take a personal call on his cell phone instead of engaging me and answering my questions. All I got out of him was that he was certain their ladder had no sharp edges before he took his call. He had not had the time, or the inclination, to actually look at the ladder before briefly answering my question. He also needs training regarding blood borne pathogens. He did not care or take any actions regarding the blood which was on various surfaces. We will not be back. Dan White read more

We had so much fun parasailing with Eagle and the crew (Mike & Mike) were great. We had a group of four and a group of two went out on the trip too. It cost $55/person for 600' and that also gives you a discounted rate for the jet ski rentals ($60/hr) to use that day or at a later date. We haven't done the jet skis yet but plan to later this week when we head back to John's Pass. This was my first time parasailing and based on the experience I had with Eagle I'd do it again and would definitely recommend their company. read more

The staff was very friendly and explained everything that was about to happen. However they don't tell you that you are only in the air for 10 minutes. Me myself, my 23 year old and 11 year old went together. We were in the air for 10 minutes. I didn't see that written anywhere. Actually it says 1 hour. So that was almost $300 for 10 minutes in the air. Had I known we would have went separately and I could have at least gotten a nice boat ride. I feel cheated. read more

I have used this company previously but would never recommend doing business with this company again. I booked a reservation for parasailing for a party of 10 - thirty minutes after making the reservation I called back and asked if we could make our reservations for an hour later. The employee on the phone said he was going to call another party and see if he could switch us and he would call me back. After waiting an hour for a call back and not getting one I called them. The employee said he was busy and had forgotten to call me back but that he did not get the other group on the phone but they were now running 2 boats and he was going to see what he could do and call me back. Again after almost 2 hours no call back. I called them again - this time to cancel the reservation as they could not accommodate our needs (we were trying to change the time due to family that lives further south getting a later start on traveling and would not make it in time for the 5pm) nor did they seem to care about our needs. Upon telling them that I needed to cancel they told me if I did they would charge my card $20 per person. Now when I made the initial reservation I was NEVER told about a cancellation fee not did I expect the rudeness I was treated with by the MANAGER/OWNER of the company. I restated my issue and need to go at 6 pm and how no one had called me back not once but twice. She did not care and passed me to another employee. We DID NOT parasail with them. We ended up using another company on the same dock and had a great time... Oh and they did try to charge my card even though they did not have my permission, I had signed nothing and I was not informed about $20 per person cancellation. Luckily I have a bank that does treat their customers as they should be treated and they reversed the charges. read more
