We had 5 days in the Treasure Island area so my husband booked an appointment to parasail. The day of our appointment was very cold and high winds. Tony called us to reschedule, which we appreciated. He was very flexible with working with our schedule so we could have the best experience. The experience itself was great! The crew was all extremely friendly, down to earth and laid back. They explained everything and answered any questioned we had. I hate water and my husband's not a fan of heights but we both felt totally safe the whole time (and you never even touch the water, so yay!) I will say the only let down is the time in the air. You're up maybe 8-10 minutes so not sure if that's standard with each company but I get it....they try to keep it all within an hour. read more

I can't say anything, just that I got canceled twice. The first time was because of the weather, fine. So, I rescheduled it for September 24th and got an email confirmation the day before. But then, the same day (09/24) in the morning I received a phone call from the captain telling me that he didn't have a crew to work with, so he needed to cancel. That was frustrating for me, I had already driven to Treasure Island (more than 2 hours), since I live in Orlando. So, I better canceled. Had the best birthday ever with Captain Tony and Crew. I needed to fly in the afternoon and that can be difficult in August. But they checked the weather and made us welcome. I was able to be with both of my sons hanging high above the Gulf. Loved that there was free parking. If you forget your camera they will provide picture for a fee. read more

So, I booked an online appointment on July 4th for July 5th at 10am for a tandem flight. When the payment went thru it only charged me for a single flight..? Weird. So I emailed the owner and gave him a heads up saying that it was meant to be a tandem and that we would see him at 10am and hopefully it won't be an issue. He emails me the morning of the 5th, a couple hours before 10am and says he doesn't have a 10am available, only a 12 and 2 pm available - let me know what you want to do and I will confirm this with you by 10:15am. I said 12 works, it's a tandem still blabla. He never has emailed me back since then and STILL has not refunded me my $94 the website charged me on July 4th for the single ride. I've emailed him multiple times and still no response since his first and last email that morning on the 5th. Kinda cruddy, especially since they left all appointments online open for the 5th, I never went parasailing, and he never responded when I was more than willing to change the time, be lenient with everything, etc. $94 down the drain for something me and my boyfriend never ended up doing. I even emailed him AGAIN saying I wouldn't want to leave a crappy review for something we didn't even do and something easily fixable.... like a refund lol. But, still no response. A business can be great, until money is involved and that is when you see its true colors. With that being said, I'd be careful booking online and/or trying to contact him in general. read more

I drove two hours from Orlando to treasure island for parasailing. But they was closed. They are very irresponsible. They are not professional. I paid $190 for that. This was an awesome time!! Tony was amazing!! So incredible to be that high up. One thing I wished was I brought my phone up with me. Seems like you might not be very comfortable, but you are very sturdy up there. Obviously you dont want to drop it in the ocean, but I feel like I could easily handle it. My boyfriend and I went last weekend, and at first I thought it may be a little chilly but the weather was PERFECT. The crew was nice and fun and made everybody on board feel comfortable. Being 800ft high is one of the most peaceful things I've ever done and it wasn't scary at all! This place is amazing! I highly recommend parasailing here over any other place because the staff is very nice and actually care about you and are just overall genuine people. The experience was great. The boat was very nice and they take you out about a mile off shore and then you go flying! It's amazing and this was the best parasailing experience I have ever had!
