Courtesy and professional conduct is the least a publicly licensed contractor in the service business should guarantee their customers and THEMSELVES. If they have enough work they don't bother with you and this I have found is a pattern with today's tradesman. Very little, if any professional courtesy. So despite unreturned phone calls, a detailed e-mail with pictures and a clear description of the work required, earnest pleas for a response, they were good for nothing. That's what I call a "family" business. Instead of building skills (in a profession that pays top dollar) and encouraging responsibility to our fellow citizens, we give our children smart phones to endlessly waste the precious little time they have on Earth, or simply park them in front of TV while we ourselves surf, surf, surf our little lives away.
