However, recent changes have been incredibly frustrating. Despite being paid by Amazon to handle these returns, the store now charges two dollars for tape and two dollars to print a label that Amazon already provides. Other retailers like Kohl's, Whole Foods, and Staples make it truly convenient, free of charge, and require no prepackaging at all. That's what good customer service looks like. Because of these nickel-and-diming fees, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by the entire team at this store. Every employee I've interacted with has been professional, courteous, and welcoming. Most of the time, I simply need to drop off a package and don't require much assistance, but the staff is always ready and willing to help when needed. I've also observed how they interact with other customers, and they consistently provide the same level of professionalism and excellent customer service to everyone who walks through the door. While all of the employees deserve recognition, I'd like to give a special shout-out to Alex (I hope I have his name correct). From my very first visit, he has always greeted me with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. He routinely asks how my day is going, and on days when the weather is bad, he never fails to remind me to be careful and stay safe. It already felt excessive when it was $1, but this increase is unreasonable for a single sheet of paper. It honestly feels like a rip-off.
