Disappointing policy change that penalizes small resellers…read more I've used this pack-and-mail location regularly for my reselling business, typically dropping off 15-20 packages per week across multiple carriers. One of the main reasons I chose this location was convenience: they have pickups from all major vendors in one place and it's always been a pleasant experience up until recently. I print my own labels and pack my own items, which I'm fully aware they offer as paid services. However, doing that work myself is how I keep costs down for my business. Despite this, comments have been made in the past implying that by only using the drop-off service, I'm "not making them any money." As of January 1st, I was informed that if I drop off more than three packages, I'll be charged $2 per package just to drop them off. That means a quick, one-minute interaction to scan packages and provide a receipt now comes with a fee. I understand the economy is tough and businesses are trying to increase revenue. However, this policy feels especially frustrating when every other pack-and-mail store and all major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) offer free drop-off, with USPS even providing free at-home pickup. This change feels less like a reasonable adjustment and more like being penalized for doing the work myself and using what was previously a free, basic service. While the cost itself may be small, it's the principle that matters. For those who rely on this location solely for high-volume drop-offs like I did, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I'll be doing in the new year.

I also mail things because the post office has such a long line, but Pack N Mail is much quicker. They have all the mailing materials like envelopes and bubble wrap right there also, so you can buy what you need. The people who work there are friendly and helpful.

I could go on... sincerely, thank you so much for being the light to deliver the kind of service ALL companies should exude; you were presented in my life during a dark time in need... & the kindness shown was heavenly. --Been coming here for a couple years, (5/2021) during my dad's chemo; it had a been a rough year w/covid & cancer dx 8/2020; you have surpassed every expectation & more... every single package to El Salvador & France made it. & domestic too... I'm in medicine & I don't commonly see this excellence in treating people outside of healthcare .. & even then, we get weary & bogged down with seeing some if the worse maladies & sometimes ppl.. it gets enough to wear my soul down & I disappoint both my Fathers above with my exhausted attitude. I'm so grateful & will always travel out of my way to get every one of my shipping needs met because you care that much about your customers & the pride in your work that you provide.. they even went beyond when i needed receipts of the many dhl packages sent during my dad's treatments for an estate battle afterwards.. he emailed them with a smile felt over the phone. Your caring way is the kind of person i strive to be...many blessings upon you as you continue to shine your light.

I was given this information after the owner of the company I help manage gave me some information…read moreon this company. With that being said I called to compare what they offer compared to what we are using now. I called and spoke to a gentleman named John, he sounded very enthusiastic and was willing to help. It all started when we ordered our first set up permits from them and that's when the Shenanigans started. I was promised multiple times that I would get the permits I ordered by a certain day and on multiple occasions they failed to keep their promise. I heard a few excuses that I would get them overnighted and they failed to overnight all of the permits that I ordered. To make things worst the ones I told them I wanted first came last. So I finally got the permits and they were great, so I figured I would put this tragedy behind us and give them another shot. Called John ordered another set of permits and he told me I would have proofs in 24 hours, that never happened. After calling him that next week he told me I would have them by Thursday, they failed to deliver the proofs. At this point I do not need to be fed broken promises. So after I get my permits whenever that might be I am going to do business elsewhere. I will tell you this, you get what you pay for, cheaper isn't always better!
