I had a large volume to print. Large as when it was done, it was in a box and it costed me over $200! Marcus was kind to help me from beginning to end. He must have literally stood in the corner of the printer for 30 mins that day. The other employees were kind and helpful too. read more

Printers won't let you print from Google even after verifying your log in from your phone as instructed by the printer screen. Printers freeze. Staff is not observant to the problems going on. The store is tiny and laid out poorly. The other Kinko's locations are much better. read more

It's a normal FedEx Office, fairly small and fairly stocked. I go in mostly for shipping, but I've also done online printing and picked up from this location as well. Most of the time it's a smooth and quick process, however, occasionally (more consistently recently), I've had to wait for an unusual amount of time to be helped for the simplest thing (like dropping an already labeled box and just getting a receipt for it) due to lack of employees available to help. I am very patient, thankfully, but you can imagine what that means when I dock a star for it! Waiting 15-20 minutes to drop off a package and get a receipt shouldn't be a thing - he was apologetic for the wait, so it's not a customer service issue - it's a staffing issue. read more

I have been here twice. Once to mail out some stuff, and the other time was to scan my passport. The people who work here are very helpful and polite. They actually scanned and emailed my passport to me. The quality of the scanned documents were great too. read more

I would never print here again. Where do I start? The staff was inappropriate and not capable of performing their jobs to an acceptable standard. One last had to do practically everything while her co workers did nothing. I suggest thinking again before going there. read more

Be sure to check your order if you are having something printed. Yesterday I dropped off a few things to be printed and laminated. Summer took my order but when I came back today to pick them up only half of the posters were printed off and they were the incorrect size. She also didn't print or laminate anything. To top it off all of my files were lost. She saved someone else's artwork in my file. The excuse I hear every time this happens is that the employees are "new". I completely understand this but only completing a little bit of my order can not be blamed as being new, that's called being lazy. It's a good thing I don't need these items until Monday! read more

This is the first negative review I have ever written publicly but feel the need for I do not want anyone to ever have to have the experience I did at this FedEx location. I ship several packages on a daily basis but Friday I was unable to handle the load. I decided to take a couple of large framed prints up to my neighborhood FedEx office and pay them to do those packages. I dropped them off at 8am with my business card for them to call me when finished and I would give them my FedEx A/C number. Never heard from them. I called them about 3:30pm to check on the prints and the answer I got... We have been extremely busy and haven't been able to get to your stuff yet. What??? As a business owner, I always prioritize first come first serve. Not here. Once I explained I was on a deadline and that's why I brought them the prints to pack they finally decided to start working on it. They had two framed prints to pack, one was quite smaller than the other. Here's where it gets sticky... They called me to give me dimensions and weight. They were too lazy to cut the boxes down to the proper size which cause my shipping to go from $55 to $162., When I asked if they would please cut down the boxes properly they declined. So I then had to have both boxes picked up and brought to my shop for us to cut them down properly ourselves. Not to mention, they emailed me with the incorrect weight. They said they weighed 8 and 10 pounds when in fact they weighted 22 and 26 pounds. That's a huge difference! This is what I call no customer service and lazy employees. So sad that today's society we have so many people who could careless about helping a business succeed. I am rethinking my whole FedEx account due to this horrible costly experience. I implore everyone to watch out for these types of unnecessary costly errors at the hands of these FedEx employees. read more
