    Waiting for an oil change
    Sheila A.

I popped in on a Saturday morning and I arrived to three cars ahead of me. The gal was helpful with expediting the process by filling out necessary paperwork and adding air to the tires while we waited. Pricing is what you'd expect for a synthetic oil change.

Fast and quick service! Very honest and trustworthy! I highly recommend! We only paid less than expected!

I have taken many vehicles to Eagle Quick lube out of convenience over the years but I will say today was my last straw. I have taken 4 different vehicles all 2017 or newer over the past 8 years and have had the same issue of the skid plate not being put back on correctly resulting in nearly damaging my vehicles. Today my mother kindly took my car (2023 VW Atlas) in for me to have its oil changed and they neglected to put the skid plate on correctly resulting in my 68 year old mother being stranded on the side of the road. I spent 164 dollars and expected a quality of service but when we called to address the issue of them not putting the plate back on correctly they took no responsibility and stated we needed to buy the screws ourselves and they would put them back in. They made a statement that there is a sign in front basically releasing them of all responsibility. I believe that this establishment is neglectful and with the number of times I have personally experienced issues I do not believe they provide a safe service.

My car died and the battery would only hold a 39 percent charge. I didn't know you never put my battery back into my car ( the one you said the auto parts store had over night to charge) and I had to purchase a new battery rather than have my battery which was less than 9 months old in the car and if it was defective it would have been replaced under warranty which is why I called and texted many times during the after noon but could not wait any longer and had to spend 300 dollars. You owe me at least 300 dollars plus a list of items..... Advanced Auto, Oakhurst: 2026 June 17 (5 of 5)…read more Getting a smog check can be nerve-wrecking at best but it is mandatory in California to get a vehicle inspection, and see the type pf pollutants our car emits. Since my car went in for her regular maintenance just a week ago, I know I'd pass inspection. We are lucky to have a smog garage near us. Advanced Auto Center has been our go-to garage for our car's care. They certainly take care of our cars. The owners and staff are friendly, efficient, and shows they care about their clients. I'd definitely recommend them for your car care. I am including their business cards here because I find myself spelling their names incorrectly. That is bad on my part.

Both Kutter and Kambria are friendly, engaging, great listeners and above all, knowledgeable. I brought my 2014 Dodge Charger for service. What I received was way more. When I returned to pick up my car, I found Kambria had performed a diagnostic of my car. She explained that is standard procedure for all customers. Thanks to the extra customer service, I learned that the ball joints and upper control arms needed replacement, as well as an alignment, brake fluid system flush and air filter housing. Fortunately, when I purchased my car I also purchased a Chrysler Max Care warrantly. The ball joints and upper control arms were covered by the warranty. So off to the CDJR dealership in Fresno I went. While there, the service advisor said he would match costs for brake fulid flush, alignment and air filter housing. From the dealership, I called Kambria about the offer. She told me she would perfectly understand if I chose to have the dealership perform the repairs, since the car was already there. I thanked her and I assured her that I already agreed to have Advanced handle the additional repairs, and an agreement, is an agreement. I thanked the service writer for his kindness and explained that the three additional repairs were promised to Advanced. I brought the car back to Advanced and once again Kambria handled the repairs. As an aside, I also wanted to install a back up camera for my PT Cruiser; not an easy feat since the car sits close to the ground. Kutter researched, found and installed the perfect back up camera. I've been around for a while and over the years have worked with various repair shops. Right from the beginning, Kutter and Kambria treated me like I was their only customer. How many members of that club are still around? If you are looking for an extraordinary auto repair shop experience, delivered by people that genuinely care about the customer, make Advanced Auto your first stop. You'll be glad you did!
