He then worked to obtain the proper mounts for our older vehicle. Despite some ordering hiccups, Tom and his technician did what was needed to meet our tight deadline for leaving town. My RV stayed there 3 days before he had an estimate. When he contacted me, he stated that the one awning would require 6hrs of labor to repair, but if I were to replace all the awning material the labor cost would be close to the same, or a little additional if I got all of them done. I was good with that and asked him to send me a written estimate. When I received the estimate, it had an additional 8 hours of labor added for the repair. I called him the next day to question the additional labor and he stated that he was thinking about refusing service since I question the labor cost. I told him that I would come pick-up my RV. I think that he was a little overwhelmed with the repair since this was a high-end coach. He wasted 4 days of my time with nothing being accomplished. I do not recommend this repair facility.

I appreciate the fact he had a next day availability, flexible time, along with an affordable price. I expressed that I would pay $50 more (and I did) to ensure my vehicle is detailed properly. On the day of service, he saw my car and I again shared my expectations. His initial feedback was that my car is an easy job to detail ( but yet, after he completed the work they were many areas that were not effectively addressed. When I showed him areas that I was not satisfied with, that's when the correct tools and cleaning solution was applied.) Overall, I received a decent quality internal detail. The lingering pet odor in my car is no longer present. In my opinion I would preferred there was initially a higher degree of ownership or pride in ensuring my seats were properly shampooed, steamed, and cleaned. It would have been nice to receive a complimentary external wash considering the extra $50 I paid. Total I paid: $200. I will be following up with Shawn to address an area that needs to be effectively addressed. (I'll update my post and ratings once completed.)

I won't share the details of how my trunk looked when I finally opened my trunk cause their was a horrid smell in my car. But guys it was so bad. It smelled like a corpse was in my car. Shine Mobile Detailing came to my rescue. Jackson, the owner, was able to come to me the next day. He washed and deoderized the trunk and cab, taking the time to make sure he was able to get rid of the smell and make sure nothing was left behind. He brought his own water system as well. He was very professional and even took extra time to get the job done right. I'm so happy not to have to drive my car smelling like the eternal bog of stench anymore, and I highly recommend this business! They definitely helped me out of my stinky situation!
