When he contacted me, he stated that the one awning would require 6hrs of labor to repair, but if I were to replace all the awning material the labor cost would be close to the same, or a little additional if I got all of them done. I was good with that and asked him to send me a written estimate. When I received the estimate, it had an additional 8 hours of labor added for the repair. I called him the next day to question the additional labor and he stated that he was thinking about refusing service since I question the labor cost. I told him that I would come pick-up my RV. I think that he was a little overwhelmed with the repair since this was a high-end coach. He wasted 4 days of my time with nothing being accomplished. I do not recommend this repair facility.

They installed the hitch and a 7-way electric plug with no problems whatsoever. All the other dealers needed 2-3 weeks to get the parts! This shop is FABULOUS, they have a large inventory of Truck and RV parts and accessories. Their waiting room is generous in size and has a TV and WIFI. The staff is invested in your success and care about you. Working with them was a wonderful experience. They even give you a cash discount, if you want to save 3%. I'm keeping them in my rolodex. BTW, when we arrived the store was in a little disarray. They had adopted a cat with a broken back and the cat had some how gotten loose and was hiding in a wall - and they had been taking pieces of the store apart to save the cat. I needed to ensure that the car needed little and would reach the valuation necessary for the trade. My email on Tuesday evening was responded to immediately by phone call on Wednesday morning and they squeezed in the prepurchase inspection. They followed up quickly with their driving impressions, and mechanical recommendations. It was a very long wait after making an appointment and showing up on time at 7am, but thank God I had worked to do so I focused on that and not the time. My review is about the 3% charge for using credit Hall Toyota & many others businesses are passing on these fees to the consumer. The rewards we gain from the cardholders are cancelled out by the fees we must pay. What happened to the price of doing business? On top of the higher end rates dealerships charge for repairs. They are making it really hard for the consumers. I don't know about ya'll but times are real tough & unfortunately many people live off credit cards especially in this economy. At end of the day these companies are recording record gains while consumers are recording difficulties of making ends meet. The team that handled my vehicle was attentive, nice and I love the video so I can see under my vehicle. Since I waited so long it would have been nice to have been offered a free car wash, but nowadays you get nothing extra. SAD
