If I could give a negative I would! Their negligence literally almost cost my daughter her life! They gave her two used tires instead of the new ones she paid for! Then they refused to refund her money which was all we asked for and they were suppose to be 30,000 miles tire and were not! Then they had my daughter to drive 300 miles to bring the tires back just so they could deny fault! I then asked for the owners name and they gave me some bogus name and said he was out of the country. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give less than 1 star I WOULD. I went on June 2nd 2025 and they overcharged me for used tires. The following night my tire pressure light came on. That morning my tire was completely flat. I could barely make it to a tire shop a block from my house. I had to replace that tire because I would not have been able to travel from the westbank to uptown. They sold me a tire with THE BIGGEST HOLE and tried not to refund me the full amount for that tire. Terrible service. read more

Used and new tires at good prices. The problem is their install work. They have stripped many of my lug nuts by using oversized sockets. And then today I found one of the lugs is cross threaded which was on a wheel that they installed a tire on. The last 2 times I went in they had a young teenage kid doing the install and he probably cross threaded this thing. It was a major hassle to get this cross threaded lug off. I had to pay $240 at another shop to get the stripped lug nut cut off with a plasma torch. BEWAR of this place. read more

I'm a young female college student and I went in to get a tire replaced after my friend recommended this location. Not having much knowledge about tires, I trusted this business to know what they were doing. After getting the tire replaced, my brake lights went on and after taking a trip to the mechanic, I later found out that I was given the wrong size tire. I was told that I was lucky that my transmission had not been damaged because of it. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I managed to hit a curb right at Napoleon and Clairborne and blow up both my passenger side tires at 545 at night, on my way home for work, and needing to be at work early the next morning. I pulled into the CVS parking lot, completely freaked out and hyperventilating because I actually had no idea what I had hit initially, pulled up Yelp and saw how close they were and called them mainly just to ask if by any chance they had a tow truck or could recommend someone and I could get it towed there to be fixed in the morning. Mohammad drove over to me, at closing time, assessed my tires, pulled them off right there and then, went and got me two new tires and had me driving out of there within 30 minutes. ALL AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED. He seriously saved me (and calmed me down), I just moved to town and they have got a new customer for life, will never go to another tire shop!!! read more

I had a tire that had a tear in it. I was expecting to have to leave my car there and get a new tire or two. I pulled up in the morning and they immediately swapped it out on the spot and charged me next to nothing for a good used tire. I was a little worried because it is on a busy road and there is no real garage or place to park cars, but they got it done in less than 10 minutes and I was back on the road. We came into town from Florida to take advantage of the parades going on for Mardi Gras but our Airbnb was locates in a high construction area and we punctured our tire on the way of town. Since we had a 3.5 drive ahead of us we thought to stop by a local tire shop and get it fixed. We searched around and found this place and decided to try it out. We didn't catch the guys name who helped us. We refer to him as "Miracle Man". We basically pulled up to his garage, told him that we found something in the front passenger side tire and that it was driving funny. He took a quick look, saw the problem and then said he could tAke care of it. Between the time we pulled, got it inspected, fixed and drove off the lot it was 10min. He charged us $20 (which we felt was extremely fair given his level of service and speed) and before we knew it we were on our way left to explore before our trip back home. I would highly recommend this place for any tire needs. We only wish he was local to us! read more
