Since we had checked luggage, he met us at the baggage carousel, helped gather our bags, and escorted us to the curb. Within minutes, Daniel returned with a spotless Lincoln Navigator. He carefully loaded our luggage, made sure everyone was comfortable, and provided a smooth ride back to Pleasanton. Upon arrival, he once again assisted with unloading our bags and helped bring our trip to a perfect conclusion. Bill Wheeler Jr. called me into his office and just said "it wasn't working out." Why tell me to quit my stable job if you're going to fire me on day three? I had already spent a ton of my own money on the required chauffeur tuxedo.On top of treating workers like garbage, they are the same company that tried to fight Costco coming into Pleasanton because they were terrified of losing parking. I pass by Black Tie every time I go to Costco now. They still have the exact same fleet lot they had years ago. They are a joke.
