Wow they went from bad to worse. Denying the tow service occurred? Lol. Wow their business must really be hurting from these reviews. That makes me even happier that I posted it. I have attached a picture from my bank account statement proving the tow happened. So, not only do they play games with their price quotes and try to take advantage of people having a bad day when they get there, they then lie about the exchange ever happening and insult anyone reviewing them. My car spontaneously overheated and shut-off on the way to pick up my girlfriend at the airport at 11pm. I used my phone to find the closest company to me and I am beyond thankful that I called Eagle Wing. After I called, Brian showed up quickly. Before he got there I had taken a look under the hood and found that the radiator was completely empty. When Brian got out of the truck I told him that I might not actually need a tow, I might just need some coolant. I was expecting him to get pissed off for calling him out but he threw on some gloves, took a look under the hood and confirmed that I was out of coolant. He then went back to his truck and found a jug of water that we poured into the radiator. I started the car up and all the water started pouring on the ground. We looked under the hood again and found that there was a loose plug at the bottom of the radiator! I told him I was just going to walk to a gas station to buy some coolant and he offered to give me a ride. On the drive to the gas station we got a chance to talk and I found Brian to a man of great character. He is friendly and genuinely cares about doing good for other people. I explained to him that my girlfriend was waiting for me at the airport and he offered to pick her up on the way to the gas station! So we picked her up (She had been waiting for me for about an hour) went to the gas station and got the coolant. When we got back to the car he filled up the radiator for me and hung out for a few minutes to make sure the engine temperature was stable. For all this generosity and kindness, Brian only asked $40. I gave him $50 and happily drove home with my girlfriend to enjoy a great weekend together that had almost been completely derailed by my car. I am thankful that there are people out there like Brian. I was in a vulnerable and desperate situation that he could have easily exploited but instead he did everything he could to help. read more

Overall, Eagle Wing provided an excellent experience, fairly quickly, for an average price. I'd recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable provider. SPEED: 4 of 5 stars. I needed to call Eagle Wing twice, but overall, Eagle Wing seemed to be a pretty responsive service. I called on a Monday at 9:57a and left a detailed message (it may have gone straight to voicemail). I called again at 11:57a, and spoke to someone, and gave information again, and said I'd call when I'm close to the vehicle. I called at 1230p, and the truck arrived at 1255p. QUALITY: 5 of 5 stars. If quality and safety is your top concern, Eagle Wing is a great option. Juan was very competent, and moved steadily and quickly. He watched very closely the first 0.5 mile, and then frequently while driving. The vehicle was ~6mo old, and appeared to have state-of-the-art towing equipment, making "time to hooked up" very fast. I felt comfortable that my car was in good hands. PRICE: 3 of 5 stars. If price is your top concern, perhaps shop around. Payment was via Square, and accepted credit card, with emailed receipt. 17 miles was $185, which appears to be $100 pick up, and $5 a mile. If I could give zero stars I would. Brian quoted us a price after being given the pickup location and tow to location. Once he picked up the vehicle called to confirm address proceeds to drive off with the vehicle. Then he called and said it was going to be a different price. When I brought up the quoted it amount he said he didn't look up the millage before quoting at his own fault. I asked if he could meet us half way he laughed and said no way I can drop the vehicle where I am at right now or you can pay the higher amount. I felt like I had to agree because he had our van and was driving. I paid him and tried to talk about the quote difference he proceeded to yell and threaten to come beat my a**. Their webpage claims faith and family business this is not represented. If you care about your pocket book, your car, and your own safety do not use them. read more

After waiting 4 hours for a tow truck, calling them every 45 minutes to ask where the truck was, and getting "he should be there any minute", I decided to give Eagle Wing a call. They said about an hour wait so I called around. Not even 5 minutes later I received a call back and they said they would be there in about 15 minutes. I couldn't thank him enough over the phone!! I want to start off that I have had to use quite a few tow companies over the last few weeks because my car has been having many issues. I have had some real winners when it comes to the companies most have been rude, expensive and took a very long time to get to me. Well again tonight on my way home from work my car died again and I was in need of a tow again. I looked up on Google and Yelp trying to find people this late on a Sunday. I found one guy that wanted to charge me $175 to go 2 miles, one guy that was going to charge me $95 for the hook-up and then $3 per mile. To get to the point none sounded good to me. Then I found Eagle Wing Towing, I called and spoke with Brian who was extremely polite and understanding of the situation I was in. I explained where I was and where I wanted the car towed and even asked for a ride back to my house after dropping the car off at my car repair shop. He quoted me a price and said that since he lived really close to where I lived he would not charge me and would have no problem getting me home. The quote came out to be $80.00 total for a 3.4 mile tow and then another 3 mile drive back to my house. So Brian sent his father Carmelo out to get me when he arrived he was very polite, very quick and even offered me a bottle of water to drink. After our long drive to the shop and my house we got to talking about personal stuff and car stuff and even what I do for a living and I explained I would love to help him anytime they need. He was grateful and offered me a bit more of a discount. All together I paid $60 to get my car to the shop, me to the house and a piece of mind. I will be using this company from now on for all my towing needs. I will also be telling all my friends about it. read more

Very happy that I called this company. Very,Very courteous. Very prompt. Very nice. The tow truck showed up in 45 minutes, just like he said he would. I accidentally gave the driver the wrong cross streets as to where I was and when he called me asking where I was he was polite and patient while I walked to the cross streets and after giving the proper location, said, "no problem, be there in 3 minutes". I would call them again if I ever broke down in that area. I have used EagleWing twice in the last two months because I am to stubborn to admit that I need a new car. Both times Brian has helped me, he has been speedy, efficient and super personable. Eagle Wing is THE best! I called Juan at 8:00pm on Tuesday night and asked him if he could arrange to have a show truck picked up and brought to a Nissan dealer the next morning. They would then have to pick it up the next day and flatbed it to another dealer. Juan was so professional and they did everything they said they would and on time. I just want to say how absolutely AMAZING my experience with eagle wing has been. My car blew an o2 sensor and because of that, my traction control and 4 wheel drive system wouldn't engage. I park in a lower level of a parking garage so I was not able to make it up the ramp without those systems. Carmelo came out in his smaller truck, but since my garage has a temporary door right now (someone hit it a few days ago, the permanent replacement arrives in a few days), he couldn't fit in the garage. He went to get his bigger truck, and also had his wife come out so they could rope tow me up to ground level in the garage. He was amazing and so was his wife! They went SERIOUSLY above and beyond, and I couldn't be more grateful. Their prices are extremely fair as well! I will NEVER use another tow company in Denver. They are amazing, seriously! read more

I run a factory with a large distribution center attached and had one of my forklifts break through the floor of a shipping container that was being unloaded. It was severely stuck and we couldn't get it out on our own. I called Eagle wing around 8:30 and explained the situation, to which Brian (i believe his name was) said "no problem." He was there in 30 minutes and navigated around the inside of my warehouse into a tight spot where he could attach the winch to the forklift. UNETHICAL, MISLEADING, RUDE, SELFISH. Last resort. Do NOT recommend. Brian tried to charge me more than necessary, I hadn't gotten several quotes for service but the other shops didn't have a truck available for hours, he did and tried to charge me 50 dollars more than the others- tried several times to get me to pay more. I told him the other offers and he agreed to match, yet tried getting me to pay before my car had even made it to the shop. I requested a receipt via email it never came- sent him an email requesting the receipt to submit to the insurance. He NEVER even replied. I never post reviews- but this is necessary. read more

I had my car towed from my old house to my new house and was quoted $335.00. After i signed on the small 2 1/2" x 3" pad, which had nothing but a screen to sign on and no amount. After he got back to the office, that amount was changed to and charged to my account for $793.00!! Go anywhere but to this company and their dishonest practices. I have turned them in to the BBB. These guys were great!! I had originally called Absolute Towing to help me get my car to an emissions testing place, but they never showed. So I called Eagle Wing, and they came through for me big time. Carmelo was here in twenty minutes, very professional and courteous. He gave me a price, I asked if that was one way or round trip. He told me it was one way. After I explained that I needed to go round trip, he said he'd make it a little cheaper, dropping my overall price by $40. My car was loaded quickly and safely, I never once worried they were mishandling it. He took me to the emissions testing facility and told me he would wait. Unfortunately, testing took longer than I would've liked, but when I came out he was still there and didn't seem to mind the wait. Again, my car was quickly and safely loaded and he brought me home. The whole time Carmelo was very friendly and pleasant. Not once did I ever worry. I would definitely recommend Eagle Wing to anyone who needs help. And I'll use them again if I have to. read more

Good prompt service. I needed a tow and they arrived very promptly. MAKE SURE you get a receipt if you are planning to get towing reimbursement from your insurance company. Horrible service. I called eagle wing towing because I had a flat tire on I 25 between Denver and Castle Rock. I was about a mile from the castle pines parkway exit. I was having difficulty getting the tire off the car so I could put the spare tire on. I managed to remove 3 of the 5 lug nuts but rounded the heads off the other 2 lug nuts trying to remove them. When the tow truck arrived the driver looked at the tired. He said he wouldn't even try to remove the lug nuts. He didn't have any tools or a different lug wrench. He said he could tow my car to a tire shop for me. The tire shop should be able to remove the lug nuts and put on the spare tire. He hooked up the front of the car to the tow truck.and secured it. He said he would put the rear wheels on a dolly. He couldn't get the flat tire on the dolly. He tried to use the jack that came with my car to lift the tire up to get it on the dolly, but the jack didn't lift the tire high enough. He hooked up the rear tires the best he could, but the flat tire was still on the ground. He drove slowly down the shoulder of the road to the castle pines exit less than a mile ahead. He located a big o tire store, pulled in and unhooked the car. He charged me $170.00. The tire was ruined by him dragging it on the ground while he towed it. I should have drove the car with the flat tire slowly to the exit myself. It would have been less expensive. read more
