Easy parking, friendly staff, they let me bring my dog inside, helped me find my size, and printed a design onto a different color shirt for me for no charge. Mission accomplished. We were told they would not help because we brought it back "3 hours later," even though it was never usable and was defective from the start. The timing was only because we had already paid for beach parking and secured our spot, so we tried to set it up right away instead of immediately leaving and losing the parking and setup area. As soon as we realized it was defective, we came back. This wasn't buyer's remorse or normal use... the item was unusable from the moment it was opened. Very disappointing experience and no resolution offered for a defective product.

Great selection of clothing that is easy to find based on brand, men's, women's, kids, etc. While my son was trying on I checked out the new and used boards and found a few that I'd love to add to my quiver. The used boards were in very good shape and were market prices. Love that they also support local non-profits via the Mustache for Kids charity foundation.
