We were told they would not help because we brought it back "3 hours later," even though it was never usable and was defective from the start. The timing was only because we had already paid for beach parking and secured our spot, so we tried to set it up right away instead of immediately leaving and losing the parking and setup area. As soon as we realized it was defective, we came back. This wasn't buyer's remorse or normal use... the item was unusable from the moment it was opened. Very disappointing experience and no resolution offered for a defective product.
