Assumming it would be out shortly we waited but it never came. We finally asked and our server had written it down but "forgot" to punch it in. He said he would get it out ASAP. My son-in-law decided to take the girls home because they were getting really grumpy. The missing entree finally arrived but my daughter ended up eating it in a rush since the rest of us had already finished. Needless to say, not the best scenario. Nothing was offered to compensate for the inconvenience and having been in the restaurant business for years, I found that kinda disappointing.
