My frustration comes from when I called The Rock to ask about the drink charges that were clearly not ours, the manager did not return my call. While a very nice hostess took down my name and number, there was no call back, so the charges remained. I suppose I could call my bank and dispute the charges. Seems like a lot of work to go through for a place I will not be returning to. Very Meh. Very underwhelmed. Very frustrated.
