The…read moreadmission price of $15 for unlimited play on any of the games, you can stay as long as you want and come back, along with karaoke was a very fair price. I love the concept. I took my friend on a Friday karaoke night. There's a lot of things, if they corrected, the place would be fabulous. Firstly, the place is way way too small for the amount of games and people which pack the place. I also didn't think the games they had were all that great. Where's Defender? Galaga? I felt a little let down in the choice of games. The karaoke is ok, but the space is not set up Properly for karaoke. No stage, just a dark corner of the room. DJ hides in a crevice nearby. The only sitting area is the very small bar or the PlayStation/ XBox areas. (Those are meant for those who are playing those games.) We didn't get a spot at the bar and I waited 10 minutes and I didn't even get acknowledged. I could have even just had a water. They should have a cooler near the entrance area if it's going to be that hard to get a drink. We left earlier than we would have and spent less than we would have because of all the above reasons. They need a space equal to one of the distributor buildings and it needs to be reconfigured. It could be a kick-ass place. Hoping for the future....

Are there better places to play pinball? Maybe. Okay, yes…read more Assuredly. But I drove hundreds of miles out of my way just to come here and play pinball. Why? They have a Rick & Morty machine. Thank you Pinball Maps for leading the way! The hardest part about playing pinball here is finding an entrance to the dead/dying mall in which it's located. The anchor stores are mostly closed. The mall road encircling the building is in disrepair. Signage isn't great. But once inside I appreciated the low level of lighting to minimize any glare on the glass. The machines were loud enough to hear all the call outs, which is also not always the case. I have to say, I've never been a fan of the swipe card system of payment. And I prefer arcades where there is an on staff attendant. However when I had an issue with one of the machines, I saw there was a number to text, so I put it to the test. Almost instantly I was in touch with a person who was able to remotely turn off the broken machine and put replacement credits on my swipe card. That's great service, especially considering the person was remote. They said they would be in the next morning to fix the machine. And guess what? They were! I probably should have let him know that the switch in the Rick and Morty garage did not seem to be functional. But the last thing I wanted was for that machine to go off line. I'd rather play a slightly befouled version of that game than not get to play at all. Anyhow, consider yourself lucky if you live within the area. Finding someone who takes pride in their machines, is harder than one might imagine. There's a good mix of new and old tables, all for a dollar a pop. Certainly this is way more fun than those other blinking lights, bells, and whistles at the casino in town. One can either throw their money down the toilet, or scrape together a few quarters and learn the ins and outs of pinball. Just make sure not to come hungry. The food court in the mall is a bit of a ghost town. But fortunately Old Forge Pizza is just a short drive away.

I quickly notoced that this Dave & Buaters is super sized with two levels of pure awesomeness. The lower level is where all of thegames are, and upstairs is the restaurant. I ordered the crispy chixken platter that came with seasoned fies. The sandwich itself included lettuce, tomatoes, inions, 2 pickles, and honey mustard sauce. They made it to perfection. The server was right on cue and didn't leave me hanging at any point. These fun zones have a cool vibe even though I didn't partake in any of the games.

Thankfully, I didn't notice it until after I had finished eating, but it was still pretty shocking. One of the staff members noticed I looked upset and asked if I was okay. I told him what I had seen, then went to the front desk to ask for the manager because I felt they needed to know. The manager came over to my table, and I explained what I had seen. He said they would call pest control to take care of the issue. I appreciate that the staff took my concern seriously, but seeing a mouse inside the dining area was very unsettling. I hope they resolve the problem quickly I am updating my review to include further issues with my visit. Their website is misleading; it advertises $5 cocktails and beer during the soccer game, but upon arrival, I was told only Miller Lite draft was available for $5. Additionally, while there was a big screen for soccer, there was no sound because they were playing a fight game on an adjacent screen, making it a poor place to watch soccer. I also had issues with promotions and billing: Promotions: I previously asked staff about the free game chips mentioned on the receipt, but no one seemed to know how to redeem them. I determined to find out this time and again the manager was there to ask and he kindly explained how I could redeem before closing bill and after closing bills... Billing Discrepancies: The 15% Military/First Responder discount was calculated incorrectly. Based on the subtotal of $25.99 (before the discount), a 15% discount should have been approximately $3.90, yet only $3.15 was applied. Tip calculations was wrong as well
