My main concern was the extraction and they focused on the fork rebuild instead of the extraction. They couldn't extract the bolt. I was still charged for the extraction and they had my bike for a week and a half. Also when I got my bike back it wouldn't want to start anymore. They leave the bikes outside in the sun the whole time they're there so be mindful of that. They replaced my brakes even though I had brand new brakes and when asked to see my old ones they didn't show me. I had a friend extract my bolt in five minutes, which a shop that specializes in this couldn't do. Do not come here.

Greg will blame you for how dirty it came in if you're not happy with a garbage wipe down. "I think a bird just shit on your bike right now." You see the problem with that is... why does the grime have towel marks running through it?! Hmm- just subpar work. Almost forgot the best part... it took an hour to get the bags off... if something that takes a normal person 5 mins takes a self proclaimed professional an hour, there maybe be a problem here. Some advice- don't treat your customer like you know everything. Some of us are smarter than you think. This guys attitude sucks the most. One and done for me. Bring back Mike!

She confirmed that the tire was in stock and installation could be provided. She informed him that it could be done after 2pm, due to being short staffed. On May 2 we arrived to the store to purchase the tire and have it installed. The male employee stated this is not a "repair shop" and he could only sell the tire to us. It's honestly not hard to communicate with the customer if installment isn't available at the time. We had a poor experience, I suggest speaking to your employees and being on the same page of what is offered so this doesn't happen again.

When I contacted them to schedule, he said he was two weeks out. I scheduled with him to bring it in and when it was time I called to verify he was ready. This was on a Tuesday and he told me he would get me in "this week". On Thursday I stopped by the shop to see if he would be ready. He wasn't in and the guy that was there said he would have him call me. Friday I called to see when I could bring the trailer in and he said next Tuesday. I reminded him that he said he could get me in "this week" and he told me to go somewhere else, and that he did not need my business. He said I was being rude. I had canceled a couple of meetings out of town so I could be here for him to get my rig in to work on.

And after that I can't even get them to answer my phone calls or get them to call me back. Later on I found out my bike was stolen out of there shop and they were not even the ones to tell my my friend that had his bike in there told me because his bike was also stolen from there shop I will never take Anything to them they don't know what there doing and everyone I know that has taken there bikes there have something wrong with it after they get it back
