Absolutely loved my experience here! We had 2 babies, a toddler, and 3 adults and we had about a 15 minute wait on Saturday morning. They gave us a large table which was so nice. Plenty of space for bags and car seats and humans, lol. I ordered a coffee and it comes with your own little thermos which is amazing bc you can basically always have warmish coffee. Coffee was great! I got the crab cake Benedict and it was super yummy. The hollandaise with chipotle was bomb and the crab cake was super flavorful. We also ordered the peanut butter crunch French toast to share and that was quite delicious! If you love peanut butter, this one is a winner. The crunch from the cornflakes rounded out each bite! I was a big fan! Service was lovely because everyone is so friendly! I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Food also came out super quick which is so appreciated with little ones. Delectable egg was breakfast stop on our way to Denver and it was an overall great meal. Our server was super attentive and friendly. The restaurant was busy but clean. We were however still seated right away. Everything was cooked perfectly, just a bit under seasoned for us. The cinnamon rolls are not made in house per our server when I asked about them but she highly recommended them so we ordered that too and it was massive but delicious. read more

Haven't been to this place in forever. The one downtown was the closest and the city is made parking downtown too expensive and too impossible. Not worth my time and effort, which is sad. Fast forward to. I just moved up north! So decided to try this location. it was fabulous! Lisa was a great waitress and very attentive. It's got a cute vibe. Looks like a nice patio when summer comes. I got the Lorraine crêpes which were fantastic! I love the combo of an omelette and a crêpe. I will be coming here often. Sorry I stayed away so long. There was only one viable option, avocado toast and it was just bread, with crushed avocado spinkled with fresh cilantro with a side of fruit. My husband and I eat out way too much and we want this place to be our after church stop. We have given it a try 3 times and to be fair my husband is always happy. He eats staple breakfast foods like bacon and eggs. I can't eat eggs. The first time we went I was brought the wrong coffee from what I ordered. The second time I ordered pancakes which were good but served with very little butter and although I ordered real maple syrup ended up having to wait for it to be brought out after being served so I got to enjoy cold pancakes with my real maple syrup. Today I tried the vegan scramble. It was disgusting. Made with very little care. Potatoes were hot the rest of the veggies were tossed in and not warm. The toast came out dry and cold. What! No butter! They didn't charge me for it but, come on, 3 times going and although the staff is friendly accept from our waitress today who seemed like she was having a hard day, the atmosphere is cheery but not fun when I wanted to enjoy a yummy breakfast! PS .. if you want a hot latte order it extra hot or their coffee lukewarm.... I am not going back. Way too expensive for what you get... read more

I love it here-- the ambiance is so nice! It's so pretty in there and I love the water carafes on tables and the cute tiny personal coffee pots! Service was pretty fast and good and their food is yummy!! Also their kids menu is great, yummy choices and a great price, which is so nice! I've been coming here for years. My last visit was a total disappointment. I always get the Aspen Alley and I loved the fresh veggies. We'll not so much on my last visit. I'm pretty sure they are now using frozen vegetables. There was only broccoli stems and very little of anything else. Sorry to say I will not be back. read more

A wonderful gem! The staff are exceptional and courteous. I highly recommend using the reservation process. Very easy way to streamline waiting in line. The food was satiating and filling. The flavor of my croissant sandwich was awesome! They cinnamon roll was a BIG surprise. Literally and metaphorically. The food, from presentation, to texture, to taste was some of THE WORST I've experienced. My potatoes tasted as if they were boiled and then cooked again in dirty dish water. What passes as "green chili" in Colorado should be illegal. And any flavor that should have been present, must have been boiled away with the dirty dish water. When these concerns were brought up to our waitress, she couldn't be bothered. And when the front of house staff was told this was the worst dining experience we've had, they couldn't even be bothered to utter an apology. The inside of the restaurant was apparently remodeled but looks like an outdated Vegas casino. Something to consider for anyone in the area: if the patrons are all one color and pear shaped, you can bet it'll be borderline dog food. This rule absolutely applies to this restaurant. History

Established in 1982.

We are a Denver-local, homegrown brunch-spot that has been serving the Denver-metro area since 1982. Market St. was our first location, and is still locally run by the same owners. We have expanded business to total five locations which are Lowry, Westminster, Downtown on Court Place, Downtown (LoDo) on Market St, and our newest in DTC! We love being involved in the Denver community and are always excited to get a visit from our neighbors. Please stop in and say hi, we would love to see you!

Meet the Manager: Stacy P.

Stacy is the General Manager of our Westminster Delectable Egg and is originally from Florida. After she and her husband moved here, Stacy helped open & start this very location in 2001 but left for several years to raise her kids. Now they're all grown up & she's back to work as our rockstar GM! Stacy manages our busiest location and does so proudly alongside her hardworking staff & loyal clientele.

Our original waiter let us know that he would be leaving for the evening and that another waitress would be transitioning to our table. I also noticed that Kellen appeared to be one of the younger members of the staff, which made his level of initiative and service stand out even more. He demonstrated the kind of work ethic, awareness, and genuine willingness to serve that is becoming increasingly rare. Before we left, I made sure to find the manager and personally share how impressed we were with Kellen. She told us that he was actually a recent hire, and I told her, "He is somebody you need to keep!" His attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made our experience at this location even more enjoyable. Kellen is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like. Huge shoutout to Alberto at Delectable Egg! Even though he's not the server, his work as a busser/runner absolutely stood out. He was constantly on the move--clearing tables quickly, bringing food out fast and fresh, and keeping everything running smoothly without missing a beat.
