Their instagram for this location just says Monday through Friday without times indicated. I went by the times listed in their fb post. Hopefully they get this straightened out soon. The inside is simple and clean with a lot of natural light and seating. I didn't see any signs noting free WiFi but this would be a great place to work/study while enjoying a delicious brew! The coffee was fresh and warm (not hot) served in basic to-go cups. We ordered a vanilla latte and a Flat White. Flat Whites are not listed on the menu but they were able to accommodate this classic coffee drink anyway. Was the best flat white I've ever had? No. But it was still tasty and did the trick. Latte was average - nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about. Wait time for my order was average. There's also teas and smoothies on the menu, as well as house made nitro cold brew on tap. Their pastry display is lacking but maybe they plan on beefing it up in the future. I'd like to see prices and descriptions of the baked goods. Service was friendly and helpful. The menu is ambitious, I think they try too hard to be cute. And though the service was excellent, it all came down to the food for me. I ordered the Birdie Trio. It sounded interesting. But too many of these restaurants trying to do chicken and waffles take the shortcut and use processed boneless chicken parts reformed to look like an actual natural piece. I was supposed to get a thigh on each waffle. The chicken vaguely resembled thighs. But the meat was white and very salty. Not good. Should I ever drop in again, I'll stick with a more traditional combination and maybe my extra will be better. And oh, that credit card machine is set at a default of about 22% tip and that's on top of tax. Watch out!
