They use really good chemicals that actually do the work. Plus they are good people that you don't mind being in your home when you aren't there! I used allpest before them- they were using bait for insects that were for a different breed of insect than I had. They used cheap chemicals and were not able to get rid of the problem after multiple sprays. Tri County took care of the problem first spray and recommended the proper follow up necessary to keep eggs from hatching over time. As someone who HATES the idea of bugs in my home or around me I was beyond pleased with TriCounty. There really is no one else I would ever recommend to get rid of your problem. I recommended them to a friend who spent way too much money with allpest and after months of the problem not being solved she finally called TriCounty and they took care of it no issues.

Spring comes And the roof is leaking into my living room ceiling. Roofing companies said old roof installed wrong. Shingles too close together, ridge vent and flashing installed incorrectly. All of this was pointed out to me while standing on the ground. Home inspection said roof was ok, flashing ok etc. will cost another $7000 to fix roof and chimney. Don't have estimate on inside repair yet. He was rude and pushy when I complained. $10,000 plus in repairs within a year all stuff he inspected.

Well they came out and did a heat treatment, said they'd be back in two weeks to check up on things, never showed or called. I tried reaching out to them to inform them that the job was not done. After several attempts of reaching out and not getting any answers, I put a review, on their page, on Facebook and then got text messages from them pretty much threatening me to take the post down or else. Stay clear, I mean very clear of these people. Wasted money!!
