I was in an auto accident and my car needed extensive repair. Even though there were some challenges having to wait for parts, Phillip worked diligently to get the job done! His customer service is awesome. He kept in touch almost daily to keep me apprised of what was happening with my car. I am so happy with the finished product! It looks better than brand new! Thank you to Phillip and the entire crew of Earnhardt's Collision Center. I highly recommend them!

    Ouch!

About 5 years ago someone hit my car and basically tore the whole front end off. My car was in their shop for about a month (part of the delay was locating a matching wheel & tire). When I picked it up I was shocked at the quality of their work... I couldn't tell the car had ever been in a wreck. Recently I had to bring another car there. Larry managed the estimate, insurance approvals, and repair process. He was very proactive and communicative. He called me every other day to update me on the status of the repairs. I informed him I was leaving the country on a certain day so he made sure they were done with it before that date. If your insurance covers a rental Earnhardt will arrange for the rental car company to pick you at their shop. When the repairs were done I left the rental car at their shop and they arranged for it to be picked up.

Not the worst damage--but paint & plastic bumper were fix/replaced. Looks like new!

Earnhardt Auto Body Shop was referred to me by my dealership--and I couldn't be happier with the results! The process was so easy & efficient. I visited three times while working with them & was probably there a total of 15 minutes. Quick free quote, quick drop off & quick pick up. But the results are in the photo I am very happy with how my car turned out--she looks like new! Working with Philip I was consistently updated on my car & he was able to get me into the shop within a week. Pricing was competitive with other quotes I received--but no one could get me as fast as them. Highly recommend this body shop, great service!

Took my vehicle after the front end had gotten damaged on highway during June 2012. The bumper, fan, condenser, and radiator had to all be replaced. I bought a brand new Ford from them so I thought I would give them a shot. I was told some parts would be aftermarket and some genuine GM parts. The vehicle was repaired and presented to me in the afternoon by Mike Adams. All looked good and I drove off. Upon getting 5 or so miles away, my vehicle began overheating. I noticed the temperature was fluctuating. I called and complained. Mike Adams told me to bring it back. I was furious. He refunded my $250 deductible. I had to leave it there again as the day was practically over and they could not fix my vehicle AGAIN until the next day. I get called to come back and I was told the mechanic forgot to put a new fuse back in, which is why it was overheating. Not a good first experience at all. Fast forward to April of 2014. I noticed coolant leaking on my garage floor periodically. After removing the bumper and headlight, I noticed that the mechanic who used the old upper radiator hose and clamp from before the wreck, did not seed the hose all the way onto the new radiator. The clamp was not up either. I know the clamp did not move as it was hard for me to adjust it at all. There was about a 1/8 inch gap from where the hose should have been pushed all the way up. I fixed it and all was good. I never called them at all. Around April/May my fan began grumbling and making all sorts of weird sounds. I call to complain about how now it has only been 22 months since the repair and I've run into 2 issues that Earnhardt Auto Body either caused or was associated with. I spoke to Mike Adams who apologized and wanted to make it right for me. After pondering it, I agreed to bring the vehicle in for inspection. Mike stated it was the main fan motor that went bad. The part was only warranted for 12 months or 12K miles. My first fan motor was going strong with almost 80K miles on it. Now this one goes bad after 15K miles or so? Really? Seems like they used low quality parts. So Mike could have told me the warranty was up and I was out of luck, but he offered to fix it with free labor as long as I paid for the new part. I was not happy, but I agreed. Now just because he was helping me out does not mean that I should accept or be provided with low quality work. Well that's exactly what I got. Mike thought I could wait for the vehicle, but then his mechanic must have low experience as Mike said he was having trouble getting it out and told me to come back and he hoped it would be ready around 1pm. I needed to arrange a ride so since it was then 2:30pm I decide to call and check up. How convenient that the vehicle just so happened to be finished when I called. When were they going to call me? Wow. So I think my nightmare is over. I pay and take off. I immediately noticed that once idling there would be a loud clicking sound coming from under the passenger side glove box. I call Mike the next day and he tells me to bring it back AGAIN!

Before and after of my car!

From the very beginning, I was given a full tour of the entire shop. It was spotless, well-organized, and it was obvious they take exceptional care of their customers' vehicles. Every employee I encountered--including the technicians in the workshop--was friendly, engaging, and genuinely happy to answer questions. The waiting area feels welcoming and comfortable, with thoughtful personal touches like drinks and even the *best chapstick* (seriously, I loved it). Juan was absolutely outstanding to work with. He was extremely diligent when dealing with my insurance company, which did not make things easy. Juan stayed firm, advocated for what my vehicle truly needed, and kept me informed every step of the way. He made sure Hyundai's recommendations were followed, including properly calibrating the cameras after the tailgate had to be removed--even when insurance pushed back. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way gave me complete confidence that my car was receiving the best care possible. Brenda was equally amazing--professional, personable, and truly a joy to work with. Every visit was engaging and positive, and she made me feel like I was genuinely part of the SWC family and I definitely consider her a friend now (seriously she's so fun and I loved all our conversations). I was also fortunate enough to chat with the owner on one occasion, and it was no surprise that she was just as professional, friendly, and engaged as the rest of the team. One thing that meant a lot to me was how accommodating they were with my request not to leave my car outside overnight. Every single night, they pulled it inside--and on one night when a storm rolled through, I later learned they pulled *all* customers' vehicles inside. That level of care speaks volumes. They were meticulous in finding every dent from the hail damage--far more than I even realized were there. When I brought my car in, it was little more than six months old and still felt brand new. I was heartbroken and honestly skeptical about how it would turn out. Brenda and Juan both assured me it would look amazing and that I wouldn't be able to tell there was ever damage. This was my new "baby" I worked so hard for and was so unsure that she would ever look the same. They were absolutely right. My car looks flawless--back to its original beauty--and you would never know the damage it had. I could not be more pleased with the results. I visited six different shops while searching for the right place, and SWC stood out above all of them. Being a smaller shop, they provide a level of personal attention and customer service that the larger shops simply can't match. They don't have a lot of reviews but don't let that deter you, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I would recommend SWC over and over again. Whether or not they officially consider me part of the SWC family (Juan....Brenda...) LOL, they have earned a customer for life. If I ever need auto body work again, this is the only place I will go.

I meet with Adam and Brian to look over what Gerber had done to the truck. With the obvious body line off, Brian noticed the frame was bent on both sides. This was after Gerber saying the truck was like new! Once they got the truck on the lift. Brian and Adam did thorough inspection, finding the frame bent, suspension buckled, intercooler, transmission cooler and radiator, and radiator frame buckled. Brian said the truck was not safe and I dodged a bullet. At that point my truck was totaled by American Family. Even though they didn't fix my truck Brian and Adam did a great job in identifying the issues with the truck. Brenda was very helpful and worked on trying to get a rental for me. I would recommend SWC to anybody in need of Autobody work.
