My 2024 F-150 suffered from a gravel dump on I-10 at the end of March. Damage was extensive, and with our truck being less than a year old, I wanted to be sure Ford parts were used in the repair, and as truck was covered by a 10 year warranty, to keep it under Earnhardt Ford care. After a few estimates from State Farm and repair shop, total replacements and painting came to over 17K. Blake made sure nothing was missed, and our truck once again looks like new. We had work done to our car because of damage from a hail storm. It took over six weeks. Part of the reason it took so long is because they burned a hole in my back seat and also ruined a cable box so they had to find replacements for those as well. Since I got my car back I've had to take it back twice to have their work fixed...and my back door still doesn't work correctly. So disappointed since my dealership is the one who recommended them. read more

Use extreme caution and ensure the insurance company approves them or you have no recourse except through the courts. We had my wife's truck in there for some small repairs and when we picked it up there were some anomalies in the paint. Phillip our wonderful service advisor (LMFAO) called them "chips" even though the photos from before don't show them. I took it to another shop the next day to get a quote for those anomalies (which are dirt or dust particles from the painting process) not a "chip" to be repaired the guy showed us the window seal that wasn't installed properly. Plus one of the parts was damaged when they installed it using too much force. I sent the photo to Phillip and his exact response was "Sorry we missed that" No attempt or offer to fix what "you missed" I HONESTLY DONT SEE HOW YOUR IN BUSINESS THIS LONG! read more

After taking a tour of the Phoenix Valley visiting 3 different shops I went to Earnhardt Auto Body. That was the end of the tour. From my first phone call to preparing an estimate to dropping off the truck the process has been very reassuring. Parts were ordered and arrived the day after I dropped off the truck. Their estimate was honest and about half of 2 other estimates. I look forward to seeing the work when it is done. If anyone needs an honorable shop to repair body damage this is the place. read more

Very poor customer service. Manager will not return calls. In fact mike Adam's prefers the I'll look into it but never call back or return messages method. I brought in a large truck for body repairs. During the time technicians. Tore apart my truck. After picking up my truck. I found wires cut and zip tied. Never hooked back up. Confirmed bumper was taken off additional wires have been found and cut. Plate light was ripped off. And zip tied to a wiring harness. At this point I have noticed pure neglect to vehicle. When picked up truck was put through their version of quality control. The weekend following I discover the seat belt. They removed was not properly hooked back up nor bolted. Just free hanging. Speaker wires cut and hanging in open. Advised a major pull to one side issue Still present, exhuast system was damaged after repairs exhuast just rattles and moves back and forth. Park sensor harness was unplugged and now has a wire issue. And much much more. I do not recommend this place unless you want to receive your vehicle back with more issues than before. read more

Initially I had scheduled a service app with the dealership for a broken sensor on my vehicle... because the sensor had gone missing. Couple weeks later I arrive for my appointment at the dealership only to find out I needed to go to their auto body shop.... 20 minutes away... annoying. Why wasn't I told when I scheduled the app?!.... HOWEVER, I drive to the auto body shop and the gal in the front was empathetic and kind to my situation and had me take a seat. Shortly after I was greeted by Phillip who was able to resolve and fix my sensor issue! I was afraid I would have to make an appointment and go through the motions again, however, my issue was resolved right then and there! Extremely happy with the fantastic customer service!! I took my car here after an accident foolishly thinking I would get good service because I bought my car through an Earnhardt dealer. I spoke with someone named Larry who claimed he was the insurance Accident assessor for the person's insurance that hit my car. I am very disappointed. My car was wrecked. The person that hit me was with Progressive and now this body shop is telling me that the progressive accident assessor is denying that the wheels were damaged in the accident. I gave them images from the scene clearly showing the car had hit then jumped the curb. I will never return to this body shop. I definitely would not recommend lol this body shop based on this experience. I am very disappointed in the quality of the work and the personnel thatwork there. read more

I have been meaning to leave this review for awhile now. It's Thanksgiving today and just reflecting on all the moments I was so grateful for this past year and my experience with Mike and his team was one that made me so grateful to know this kind of service still exists! It was a Friday morning and I was about to leave on a 6 hour road trip with my family for a soccer tournament when a pool truck drove past me and their equipment dangling from the side of their truck took off my passenger side view mirror. After filing a police report, I googled the closest auto repair shop and called this location and Mike answered. I explained my situation and he told me to bring it in right away and he could see what he could do to help. Long story short, he located a replacement for me and they were able to replace it within a couple hours and the price was so fair! I've had two cars fixed by Earnhart's Auto Body and in both cases the repair work was perfect. my F-150 was sideswiped on the 17 with the entire drivers side cab scraped and bent yet it looked brand new when they were finished, currently my new RAV4 sustained damage to the drivers front end. Allstate gave me a list of approved body shops that did not include Earnhardt's but since I could take it anywhere that accepted their estimate I again choose Earnhardt's. While I cannot complain about their autobody work, that's about all I can say that was good about my experience with them. When I took my car there after an accident I made sure to ask whether they could do mechanic work also, they assured me they could. If they could change a change competently I would be surprised. My car sat there for a month waiting on a hood (not their fault, shortages are shortages). But, while it sat there they did absolutely nothing to address the related electrical problem that a mechanic shop had diagnosed in a day. Then, once they actually started working o. the mechanic stuff they said they could do, they decided that, instead of diagnosing the problem like any rational person with any understanding of how circuits work, they decided to throw parts at the problem and then acted stumped when replacing parking brake modules did not fix the problem caused by a short that apparently fried the fuse box. Now I don't expect auto body shops to be master mechanics any more than I'd excpect mechanics to be masters at body work. But testing circuits is basic stuff. And I could have accepted that they don't know anything about mechanic work if they simply stated as much. This review would have went much differently had they simply stated "look, we only do body work. let us get it towed to a mechanic to work on the electrical issues while we wait for the hood." But nope, they lied about their abilities, wasted a bunch of my time, and exhausted my rental car coverage while not doing what they said they would. Oh and they claimed everything was fixed but the electronic parking brake, which I would have been fine with, but they lied about that too (they cleared the error codes before returning it to me but everything returned the next time I restarted my car and it didn't work right regardless). Absolutely horrible customer service and zero integrity. read more

About 5 years ago someone hit my car and basically tore the whole front end off. My car was in their shop for about a month (part of the delay was locating a matching wheel & tire). When I picked it up I was shocked at the quality of their work... I couldn't tell the car had ever been in a wreck. Recently I had to bring another car there. Larry managed the estimate, insurance approvals, and repair process. He was very proactive and communicative. He called me every other day to update me on the status of the repairs. I informed him I was leaving the country on a certain day so he made sure they were done with it before that date. If your insurance covers a rental Earnhardt will arrange for the rental car company to pick you at their shop. Kudos to Phillip!! We had purchased a Toyota Highlander from Carmax mid May 2023. End of May we discovered it had some issues with the bumper and a sensor. Not being from Arizona I took a chance and took it to Earnhardt Body shop. We could not have been happier. We worked with Phillip who worked with Carmax (who paid for everything). Phillip was excellent. Within a week and a half we had it fixed. They also delivered my car to the car rental place in Chandler. The work was perfect, service was outstanding. Took my vehicle after the front end had gotten damaged on highway during June 2012. The bumper, fan, condenser, and radiator had to all be replaced. I bought a brand new Ford from them so I thought I would give them a shot. I was told some parts would be aftermarket and some genuine GM parts. The vehicle was repaired and presented to me in the afternoon by Mike Adams. All looked good and I drove off. Upon getting 5 or so miles away, my vehicle began overheating. I noticed the temperature was fluctuating. I called and complained. Mike Adams told me to bring it back. I was furious. He refunded my $250 deductible. I had to leave it there again as the day was practically over and they could not fix my vehicle AGAIN until the next day. I get called to come back and I was told the mechanic forgot to put a new fuse back in, which is why it was overheating. Not a good first experience at all. Fast forward to April of 2014. I noticed coolant leaking on my garage floor periodically. After removing the bumper and headlight, I noticed that the mechanic who used the old upper radiator hose and clamp from before the wreck, did not seed the hose all the way onto the new radiator. The clamp was not up either. I know the clamp did not move as it was hard for me to adjust it at all. There was about a 1/8 inch gap from where the hose should have been pushed all the way up. I fixed it and all was good. I never called them at all. Around April/May my fan began grumbling and making all sorts of weird sounds. I call to complain about how now it has only been 22 months since the repair and I've run into 2 issues that Earnhardt Auto Body either caused or was associated with. I spoke to Mike Adams who apologized and wanted to make it right for me. After pondering it, I agreed to bring the vehicle in for inspection. Mike stated it was the main fan motor that went bad. The part was only warranted for 12 months or 12K miles. My first fan motor was going strong with almost 80K miles on it. Now this one goes bad after 15K miles or so? Really? Seems like they used low quality parts. So Mike could have told me the warranty was up and I was out of luck, but he offered to fix it with free labor as long as I paid for the new part. I was not happy, but I agreed. Now just because he was helping me out does not mean that I should accept or be provided with low quality work. Well that's exactly what I got. Mike thought I could wait for the vehicle, but then his mechanic must have low experience as Mike said he was having trouble getting it out and told me to come back and he hoped it would be ready around 1pm. I needed to arrange a ride so since it was then 2:30pm I decide to call and check up. How convenient that the vehicle just so happened to be finished when I called. When were they going to call me? Wow. So I think my nightmare is over. I pay and take off. I immediately noticed that once idling there would be a loud clicking sound coming from under the passenger side glove box. I call Mike the next day and he tells me to bring it back AGAIN! read more

Years ago, I was out of town when I got a panicked call from my wife stating that someone hit our 2008 Ford Edge. After meeting with the party who hit us, we got three estimates to repair the vehicle. The best one out of the bunch was Earnhardt Body Shop. Being a person who has some experience in this arena, I looked closely at the quality of their work on other vehicles and I was impressed. I left my Edge with them for around 2 weeks. During that time, they allowed me to take a look at the car while they worked on it and I was even more impressed with how they paid attention to the details. When I picked it up, I saw no trace of the accident. In fact, the Edge looked better than showroom. No globs of paint, overspray, or even uneven surfaces from where they worked on the car. While customer service was stellar, I paid more attention to the quality of work and that spoke volumes to the point I am going back to them with my 2011 Edge for some spot repainting. read more

Restored my faith in humanity again!! I was in an awkward bind. I needed to gas up my car at Costco, but strangely, could NOT open my gas-tank-compartment-door. Earnhardt was right next door, the guy in charge at Earnhardt attempted to help me, took the time to read my car manual and still couldn't get the compartment door to open. He drove my car right in for another tech. guy to figure out the problem. I sat and waited on a fix for almost an hour. The tech. figured out the the auto-lock on my gas tank door wasn't operating correctly, so I told him to take that feature off, so I won't have to worry about this again. I walked in today for an estimate for minor paint repairs to my van. The process was not long, but I wasn't very impressed with their approach to customer service. I felt like a number, and the environment was a little like the sales office at a dealership. I waited for about 10 minutes in the lobby for a representative to help me with the estimate, but the process after this was very quick. We had our Jeep at Earnhardt Auto Body for more than 30 days, they only got it done when we told them that they would have to pay for our Rent a car. Earnhardt then took our floor mats, scratches on places where they did Auto body work. Upon leaving Earnhardt Auto body our Bug guard fell off while driving and our door handle fell off as well. We spoke with a Manager named Mike, he asked why didn't we bring the Jeep back, we then told him we did not want to be without our vehicle for another 30 days. To make matters worse he told us that he would deliver floor matts to our home. The floor matts were never delivered and he never called us back. Our Daughter had Auto Body work done by Service King in Queen Creek, Arizona they did a Fabulous job on her vehicle she had her car back within a week. Lesson learned we will use Service King in Queen Creek for all our Auto body work. Please DO NOT GO TO EARNHARDT AUTO BODY. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

I got into a car accident back in April. They did the whole repair. Now in September, I noticed a clinking sound and thought I would bring it back to Earnhardt since they were the ones who did the repair. Not only did they fix it, they provided transportation for me to go back home PLUS when the car was done, they had someone drop it back off to my house so I didn't have to worry about getting a ride back there so I could get my car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience here. I was dreading taking my car in to get it repaired because I thought it would be such a hassle. I called and found out I could walk in anytime to get an estimate. I came in one day and spoke with Larry, who immediately looked into my replacement part and gave me an estimate, then told me it would be here in about 2 days and that he would call me to confirm and I could bring my car back in the day after the part came in. The whole estimate process took about 5 minutes. I got a call 2 days later saying the part came in, but was broken during shipping. Larry ordered a new one and kept me updated every day by call or text until it came in just a couple days later. He made sure it wasn't broken before calling me, and I was in the next day getting it installed. It took less than 20 minutes, and everyone was incredibly nice.
