I called and spoke with Ali, who immediately told us to bring it in. From that first conversation to the end of the service, the entire team was outstanding. They went well above and beyond locating a hard-to-find part hours away and doing whatever it took to get us back on the road quickly. Thanks to their expertise, quick thinking, and incredible dedication, we were able to continue our vacation without missing a beat. The level of customer service was exceptional, and the pricing for an emergency service especially considering how far they were willing to go was more than fair. You truly saved our trip. Thank you so much for everything you did. You've earned a loyal customer for life!

The quality and timeliness of the work were good, but the company's accountability and customer…read moreservice were disappointing. While my RV was being serviced, the battery disconnect switch was left in the "on" position, which caused the battery to die. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. One employee even apologized and acknowledged that the switch should have been turned off. However, the service advisor made no effort to correct the issue after it was confirmed that the battery would no longer hold a charge. Instead, she offered to sell me a replacement battery and still charge me labor for the installation. She also stated that I was lucky she was not charging me simply to test the battery, because according to her, the company charges for everything -- even basic battery testing. We spent a lot of money on our repairs so it is really disappointing that they could not offer any solutions for their mistake. In the end, it is not right that they made the mistake of leaving the switch on, and I was expected to pay the full cost of a battery and the "labor" to fix it. (For those that are wondering, the batteries health and performance were great when I brought it in). In the end, the experience left me with little confidence in the company's accountability or commitment to customer service.

I had warranty issues that they couldn't get me into fix within 6 months of buying the trailer. This dealer also argued with me that it wasn't their responsibility. I had to call corporate in Ohio, which was helpful. They assured me they would take care of warranty issues and allowed me to bring my trailer to a different dealer. Luckily, lazy days in Tucson was able to get me in and fix a couple things for me. Now that shops service was efficient, communicable, and did a great job. I recently brought it back here, because I wanted to punish myself. The service department was extremely difficult to get ahold of. They lacked professional communication skills. It is my fault for thinking my experience would be different this time. Employee said that the Tyron bands in my tire do not have a specific torque spec. However, on Tyron bands website, they do have a specific set torque spec. 209 dollars an hour shop rate, and their knowledge of their trade comes short of proficient. Salesmen told me they have a high turnover rate of employees in service. This explains the poor quality of service. I do not regret buying my airstream. I do wish I purchased it from a more reputable dealer. They're are airstream dealers with A+ rating from BBB. So, don't just take my word for this company being less than trustworthy. I hope I can save someone else some time and money. Believe the other poor reviews!!! Also: they said they do curtesy wash after doing work. They did not was my trailer. One more thing airstream promised and could follow through on!
