DISORGANIZED AND LACKS COMMUNICATION. I am so incredibly…read moredisappointed. I scheduled an appointment and arrived at the scheduled time only to find out that there was no appointment scheduled for me. I reminded the receptionist about the specific conversation we had, and she said she remembered it, but somehow the appointment was not recorded. She then said that there was a cancelation at the same time I arrived and the doctor could see me right now. She gave me a packet of paperwork to fill out. 10 minutes later when I returned the paperwork, she said that actually the doctor will NOT see me as she needs to go home since her child was diagnosed with strep infection and she didn't want to expose her own patients. I was so frustrated at this point that I decided not to come back for another appointment. A few minutes later as I drove away from the parking lot, the receptionist contacted me to let me know that the doctor's husband was now able to babysit the child and now she CAN see me. I was completely shocked by continued back and forth lack of communication. I said I would not be returning. You think that's it? NO! The doctor then called me to let me know that in fact based on my paperwork I should not be seeing her at all and go to the ENT!!! I have ringing in my ears, if an audiologist is not the right place, then I am a total idiot. Needless to say, this is the last time I am going to this place.

Example 1- My medical records were mixed up with someone else's when I transferred to another center. This could have serious consequences. These extra documents were discovered while the new doctor was flipping through the pages. Example 2- My allergy drops were lost in the mail, when I went to pick up replacements, they were unaccounted for and so was the allergist who told me they would be there. After 30 minutes of waiting, several extra staff went in the back to "mix" my $200 drops without the allergist present. Example 3- Dr. Sauvegeau was nice to start but didn't address my chronic sinus issues. He kept pushing surgery that "might" solve the issue. He started to make me feel like I was overreacting and he began to seem annoyed with me since I wanted to take a more conservative approach. After several visits I realized that he never took the time to really listen and he seemed arrogant. Example 4- It was beyond difficult to reach the allergist; I called several times daily for over two weeks, and left messages only to finally find out she had never faxed my requested records. Overall, I had a very frustrating experience and ultimately had to leave. I am now seeing Dr. Sacks at the Nashville OAT center and have been highly impressed.

My friend referred me to here after my niece had a speech impediment. I have family in the area, so I frequent the area often as the drive from Atlanta to Nashville isn't too big, especially if it can help the little girl. The inside of the building is extremely child friendly, and the staff are so amazing with Marie. They always greet us with a warm welcome, and Marie has been improving every visit. She was finally able to stand up and speak in her class presentation without crying, and she finished with a big smile on her face! I have gotten to know the staff very well through our multiple visits, and I cannot explain how much passion they have towards their practice and how much they enjoy helping children through their struggles. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a child that has any difficulty with speech anxiety or speaking disorders regardless of language because they will be taken care of by these great people.

So 2 Sundays ago I tripped and broke my nose. I am a klultz…read more I went to the ER at St. Thomas West (my home away from home) and they took care of me. And they referred me to Dr. Sauvageau to check out my broken nose. I thought about getting a referral. I thought about getting a second opinion. But I didn't and immediately (the next Monday) secured an appointment with Dr. Sauvageau. Smartest move I ever made From the way I was greeting in the lobby to Brandy asking me in-take questions, I felt at home. And then I got to meet Dr. S. who advised me of the need for a 'nose job'. Again, I could have deferred and obtained referrals and/or a second opinion. But I felt comfortable with Dr. Sauvageau. I felt a connection. I dug his style. So a week later (allowing for me to 'be off' my blood thinner medication), I had the surgery and it went as well as one could hope for. And then, the icing on the ice....the tops of the pops....the super star of superstars......I came into the office to have some inserted plastic nose thingies taken out and I dealt with Madison. She was great, kind, empathetic, funny, communicative, engaging and just a nice person. I felt very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands with Madison. I had a great experience and thestaff goes above and beyond. I am an Entertainment Lawyer and the most important part of my business is connecting with people, gaining their trust and confidence and making them feel comfortable. I was overwhelmed with these feelings from everyone at your organization. Thank you thank you thank you.

If I ever get to write a review this fun again, I don't k now when it will be…read more Trent Rosenbloom is a doctor, but he has a second and more important job - Trent is Nashville's Mohel. Now for anyone who does not know what a mohel is, he is the guy who is responsible for helping Jewish families fulfill the commandment to bring their children into the Covenant of Abraham - in other words, he is - The Circumciser! I've had the opportunity to use Trent twice in this regard. My oldest is five and my third is now 2 1/2. The first time was exceedingly difficult. I had been to circumcision ceremonies before. I was fairly knowledgeable about what goes on and I even knew it was the responsibility of the father to perform the act, unless he cannot, in which case he designates someone else - the moyel. I had never met Trent before, but into my house strode this dred locked guy who told me he was not only a doctor, but also the mohel. We discussed the ceremony in some detail as well as the preparation for my son. We readied the tools he needed and he showed me the clamp he would use and the scalpel I would use, as I opted to do the cut myself. The Rabbi said some nice words - I was in a bit of a fog - and Trent prepared my son and handed me the scalpel. The last thing I remember was him commenting on his size (from his mothers side of the family) and then I stated. Since he was indeed large, I didnt get it all at first and had to go back. Time stopped except for the whispers of my family standing close and saying - Why is it taking so long. Its not supposed to take this long is it? Is something wrong? Fortunately, I finished and did just fine and it came out great. Of course Trent was a big help as he made fun of me for it for the next 5 years (and counting) We had no drama with my younger child and in fact, it went so smoothly that we convinced another friend and elite Yelper to perform the ceremony himself when it was his kids time. If you're Jewish and have a boy, there is no finer mohel in Nashville than Trent Rosenbloom.

Given that a friend and fellow recipient of the services of Dr. S. Trent took the opportunity to…read morereview his services, I couldn't help but put in my two cents. Being thankfully too young to remember my own circumcision, I was a little apprehensive about my son's. We first sat down with Trent at the Fido, where he was taking his daughters out for breakfast. He sat us down and handed us some literature, whilst managing his younguns, and answered all of our questions. He clearly had a much more intimate, spiritual approach to the ceremony than some of the other mohels we contacted. It seemed less of a business transaction and more of something that was supposed to be an inclusive experience. One thing he mentioned as well was how he felt very strongly that the father should actually do the deed, that he would set everything up, put the ball on the tee (no pun intended). Didn't seem like something I really wanted to do, I felt very comfortable leaving it to the professionals. As time went on, he was there to answer any questions, and gave us some great advice on how to get the little guy ready, using a cream that would cause him minimal discomfort, again, a very progressive approach to the experience. He also gave us guidance on how we needed to plan the event and meal afterwards. When the big day finally came, the rabbi, Trent, and a couple of pals administered scotch and told me I should be the one to do the deed. When it came time for that part of the ritual, with 40 people in my downstairs, I said that I would fulfill the act rather than delegate it to the mohel, Trent. The look on my wife's face was priceless, good thing I got it on video. Now my son pees to the left, but I was really glad I got to be a part of the ceremony (I kid, I kid). Looking back at that day now, almost two years later, I can't imagine having it gone any better. Truly thankful for Dr. Trent's services to the community and the powerful experience he helped to facilitate.
