Scheduled an appt and they never showed to my business park. Completely unreliable. Believe they are going out of business/bankrupt.

Absolutely top notch! Manuel and Brenda are friendly and very helpful. They removed some old dead trees we had and installed new trees. Fair prices and excellent communication throughout the whole process. I was also happy to see them take extra care of my lawn on delivery day. They went out of their way to ensure zero damage to my lawn and sprinkler heads. All new trees were expertly places, tied, and mulched. Great job! read more

Manual, the owner of this garden is not trustworthy, and he cannot and should not be trusted. If you purchase anything from him, or have him perform any work, make sure that you get any guarantees or warranty language in writing as it can then be upheld in court not if, but when he breaks his word. We recently spent over $6,000 here on trees and rock work and were told that the trees we were purchasing came with a three year warranty. Six months after being planted one of our $400 trees died. We called at month four and nobody came to look at the tree. We called again, at month 10, and since it is ''now October'' the tree is somehow no longer under warranty. Manual made us a pretty good deal though and offered to SELL US another tree to replace the one that had died. When we called to explain the situation with Manual, his story changed three times and he hung up on us when we explained how we were right, and how the dead tree in question should be covered, even if his warranty had magically changed from a three year warranty (at the time of purchase) to a six month warranty, (at the time of receipt). Oh my gosh we did a job that was STOPPED AFTER 40,000 and I wished someone would have posted something more specific so I would have gone somewhere else! Now thinking of taking them to court! They started bid with tons of stuff I didn't ask for but insisted just to get something started... $20k needed... Plants started coming out and of course changes made bc I didn't want half the random stuff on list or not happy with sizes... Once changes started happening it went down fast for us! FIRST, SUCKS UP TO YOU SUPER SWEETLY TALKING ABOUT GOD AND HOW HE HAS A PERSONAL TREE FARM AND CAN GET HUGE, ANYTHING YOU WANT TREES... All to find out it was a LIE! $40k in... We caught it... MISSING ALL KINDS OF STUFF NOW THEY KEPT CONVIENENTLY MESSING UP ON BILL WHEN SHE WOULD BRING IT OUT TO JOB SITE! THEN AFTER MARKING ON IT CHANGES, HE WOULD ASK IF SHE COULD TAKE IT BACK WITH HER TO MAKE CHANGES AND EMAIL US NEW UPDATED ONE! ((WHICH WE WOULDNT GET!)) DONE ON PURPOSE NOW THAT WE LOOK BACK!!! So... Now he'd need another large amount of money to keep going see... All while holding out on our MOST IMPORTANT TREES... WHICH NEVER CAME!!! Now things are comepletely missing as I get a huge bill and he denies ever saying what it covered and no proof bc bill is given to me with altered prices now! See how that worked? Yep! I do now! Bc I have a NEW BILL WITH CHANGED PRICES ALL WHILE CONVIENTLY CUTTING ALL KINDS OF MISSING TREES OFF BILL AND DENYING HE EVER SAID EXACTLY WHAT EACH CHECK WAS PAYING FOR! He would keep going back if we questioned to how we made changes and how "WE" got confused! Oh my gosh totally got played... If I had seen someone with large job post problems I so would have moved on! But he had done work in our NICE neighborhood so I assumed if they used him, they must be good! Idk? So, So upset bc now they say it's all my fault for making changes... WELL NOW I SEE HOW I GOT PLAYED AND IM DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO TAKE THEM TO COURT OR Just let it go and move on! But...FOR NOW I CAN LET OTHERS KNOW WHAT HAPPENED IN OUR CASE! ITS A TRAP OF TWISTED CONVOLUTED QUOTES OF RANDOM TREES HE THINKS MIGHT LOOK GOOD AND IT STARTS THERE, TO ENABLE THEM TO CHANGE THE PAPERWORK! SO BUYERS BEWARE BC NOW I HAVE $40,000 Put into this yard and not near what should be for that amount... So now they are not covered thru his warranty bc he has now kicked us off his property bc we caught him upping the prices, dropping trees, and making it look like it's our fault when we plainly can see their prices jumped on the bill now to double and triple what I could have gotten somewhere else! Along with missing items we were told we already paid for!!! Plus, he charge an equipment fee bc of rocky land after telling us he had everything he needed to get the job done bc that's his business! So, so many things went wrong and now it's sad bc i can't walk outside without remembering how much we got screwed and how they told us "ITS OUR FAULT FOR MAKING SO MANY CHANGES!" So... Hindsight's 20/20 and I want to make sure to get something out there for others to see! He also told us someone came up to him threatening him to remove his sign that references God on his patio... I thought that was terrible... NOW I KNOW WHAT THAT MAN WAS SAYING!!! Didn't understand it at the time bc he seemed like the sweetest little guy, they both did! So, if you have a large job to do... BUYERS BEWARE! He had all his help quit during my job! Hence, him telling me they got fired for drinking on job! Now I know he lies... Guess that was a lie as well. So this is all I can do for now is WARN OTHERS! I'm not a mean person and still wish no bad to anyone! He had awesome vision and was so sweet just up to the point of finding out he was screwing us forgetting we have cameras that watched him outside to see when he was using jackhammer and not! But it's on bill now so they can mark it up! We had 32 roses he dug up to plant boxwood instead right, so we decided to just plant in one bed all the roses... HE IS TRYING TO SAY WE OWE $1,800. Now for PLANTING THE ROSES THAT WERE ALREADY HAVING TO BE DUG UP! Saying he had to jackhammer the whole thing... WELL SIR... the cameras show otherwise! He used jackhammer to remove a root from a tree we had there! That's it! So that's just gives an example of overcharge! $1800 is a LOT OF MONEY for planting someone else's 32 rose bushes in flower bed! You can say all you want but you know you lied and told us what was being paid for and covered! You are right... You Sir...YOU do need God and you need to remove that stone from your property... Waited outside the gate and called on and off for 20 min around 3:30pm, no answer and no one ever came to the gate, even though it said open until 6. Of course, as soon as I called after we drove away, we got answer- she said there was a complication. I understand life happens and people do need to close for certain reasons, but why couldn't she say that the first time we called, or put a sign on the entry gate. Business seems very unorganized and not very communicative. read more

Unfortunately my review won't be much different from the other reviews already submitted. We needed a quote on planting a tree and getting some cleanup of trees we already had. While we were there, my wife fell in love with a 4 ft tall pot or urn or whatever you want to call it. We waited for what seemed like forever to the Ms. to come out of her air conditioned shack to help us. We got a quote and went on our way when we could come back and schedule something with Manuel to come look at our trees and quote a tree to plant. We called and called and called and called who knows how many times to schedule something, no answer. Finally on the weekend we went in on Saturday and apparently caught them off guard, they also tried to get us for $75 bucks to come out and it would be applied to the work done. While there we were quoted another price for the large pot and we took it, scheduled a time for dude to come out, and he did not show or follow up at all. I did not give them the $75 bucks because I told them to come out and then they get it. I honestly don't know what keeps them in business, but it shouldn't be for long. read more

I had a big gardening and landscaping job I needed done and Manuel at Earth-Land Gardeners really came through. His advice on the project was spot on throughout and the quality of the work was excellent. He seemed to not be satisfied until everything was done right all the way. I stopped by their location seeking landscaping help, maybe replacing a tree and putting in retaining wall and bushes, etc, just landscaping. I had to pay $75 in advance before they would come out and give me an estimate. I was told the $75 would go toward any work performed on my estimate. Manuel kept the appointment, came to my house on a Wednesday, had a lot good ideas and told me he would have my estimate by Friday. I never received the estimate, emailed his office, got no response. If he couldn't or didn't want to do the job then he should have just let me know, I would have accepted that. We could have arranged a purchase of a bush or something for my $75. After waiting a month for my estimate, thinking he might be backed up, busy, I had to dispute the charge at my bank. I paid with debit and after two months of their investigation I was notified my temporary credit refund would not be reversed so I got my $75 back. Took 2 months for bank to complete their investigation, tells me they likely didn't respond to my bank. Lesson learned here, you shouldn't have to pay in advance for anyone to come give you an estimate and if you do, pay with a credit card though I paid with debit and was able to dispute the charge because I never received my estimate to spend the $75. I'm disappointed Manuel chose not to work with me, he sounded like he is very good and knowledgeable in landscaping. read more
