Being that the unit was originally purchased from and installed by Air Guys, I called several times to try and speak to the service manager. After leaving two messages, someone finally put me on hold to relay my concern to the service manager who never spoke to me or returned any of my calls. I was informed that their installation service was non- transferable, and that they were too busy to come out. I was told to call someone else. I asked if they warranted their AC installation service, and couldn't get a definitive answer. I'm highly upset at the way that I was treated when I needed their help! After all, they were the original installers, and the unit itself is still under warranty!

First they said it needed cleaning, then the motor was vibrating, then it needed a new motor. Cost about 2k in repairs. 2 years later, we have water leaking from the ceiling coming out of the AC ducts and they claim it is not the AC. After they came out I put paper down everywhere to see if it was the roof or the AC, definitely the AC. My neighbor also tells me that when the AC was installed, they were back a year later to fix it. They will come out to your house, fail to find the issue, clean the unit and charge you do doing so. They employ young inexperienced techs that have no clue as to what they are doing.
