Once again Chad and Comfort Zone were there to walk me through my options when my A/C was working at way below optimal. I knew when I moved to this home that the furnace would need replacing soon and Chad was able to provide me with options related to price, financing and a/c alone, a/c and furnace, a/c, furnace and humidifier. Chad was emailing answers to my questions after 6:30PM on a Friday night! The price was exactly what was quoted and Chad and another Comfort Zone expert spent a hot, sticky and pouring rain day removing my "old" stuff and installing the new a/c, furnace and humidifier. As usual they arrive on time (send an advanced text) and were accurate as to how long it would take. They were absolutely professional and respected my home leaving it in the same condition as they found it (clean and in order). I have been using my new a/c for a week now (it turned HOT and HUMID finally) and it is wonderful. I have come to trust Chad 100% and in turn Comfort Zone. They are one company that I refer to others with the statement that they will tell you the truth, provide great service and at a fair price. It never fails the AC or furnace goes out in the most extreme temperatures! My furnace went out during one of the extreme cold snaps this winter. I reached out to Chad from Comfort Zone and he was able to come out first thing I the morning and take a look at the furnace. Within no time he was able to diagnose the issue and order the necessary parts. The next morning Comfort Zone was back changing the broken part as well as checking the furnace to avoid future break downs. I know that my AC and furnace are aging and he provided me a reasonable quote to upgrade to a more energy efficient unit. This wasn't my first experience with Comfort Zone. Of course when it's 100+ outside the AC was not blowing out cold air. One call tonComfort Zone and in no time they were at my condo checking out the AC. My air conditioning quit in the middle of a heat wave and based on prior experiences of the 2 big hvac companies I was not going to contact them. I had Comfort Zones number as I was going to call them to clean and inspect the ac but I hadn't gotten to that "to do" on my list yet. I called them on a Monday morning at 7:40 am and to my surprise a very helpful person answered my call, took my information and told me that Chad would be calling me within 5-10 minutes (the heat wave was still on). Sure enough Chad called within 10 minutes and was available to come to my home right away but I asked if he could do it in a few hours as I was at work. He accommodated MY schedule, was promptly at my door just before 1:30PM and was professional, friendly (put shoe covers on to walk through the house) and an ABSOLUTE pleasure. Highly recommended! These guys are awesome. It's refreshing to have a company work so hard, provide such great customer service, and still be so personable. Glen and his crew came out to replace our AC unit that was over 20 years old. Their prices were very competitive and he was extremely pleasant to work with. A few weeks later, I noticed that the refrigerant gas line was exposed and sweating. Glen sent Matt to wrap it free of charge just two days later. Matt even wrapped a neighbor's line just to be sure since all the lines were partially buried and we didn't know which one might be ours. Whenever I contacted them (first to shop around for estimates and then to set up an appointment) I reached their answering service, but either Glen or Chad would return my call within minutes. We scheduled an appointment the fit my schedule and they showed up on time. He arrived on time, was pleasant and professional, took a picture of the damage to our A/C unit to show us, made the repair and was in and out in 30 minutes. Comfort Zone did it again! Came home to no AC after the Labor Day weekend. Called Comfort Zone on Labor Day and an actual person picked up. I received a call back in less than 10 minutes from Glen for an appointment. I am now the very happy owner of a new AC and furnace. Wow, talk about great service. I was attempting to install a Nest thermostat by myself and inadvertently cut power to the thermostat. I called Comfort Zone, explained my problem briefly to the office assistant, and a technician (Glen S.) called me back within 10 minutes with an almost immediate, easy, and cheap solution to my blunder.
